Sometimes fast and sometimes horribly slow depending on staff/ who is working. Levon Hawkins was great. Pulled double duty on register and photo pickup. Rest of employees seemed to be AWOL

I’ve been getting prescriptions here for quite a few years. I fill my medicine case all the time and my medications doesn’t add up evenly. My husband goes today to fill a prescription he desperately needed. His medicine was short 4 pills. He called and all they said was okay sorry about that we’ll get it ready. I don’t know if anyone else has experienced this problem but it worries me and that excuse isn’t good enough. We should be able to trust our pharmacy. What else can they be making mistakes with?. I’d love to speak with someone in corporate office because two of my medicines are different but I have received them both that looks exactly the same with the same numbers for supposedly different pills. This is concerning to me. I think we’d better go back to CVS.

This is something I find to be very rude. When you are standing at a register to check out why would a cashier be allowed or just decide to use her phone why you are standing there. In my eyes that is rude. I do not need to hear you conversation. Phones should be a part of your job when checking out in front of a customer

The guy in the lab at the store is extremely rude no one should have to have someone treat them that way will never visit again horrible 😡😡

Went to this location to have my COVID screening for travel and never received my results. I missed my flight and had to retake my COVID test at CVS. Once returning from my trip I inquired on my results and Walgreens blamed the lab; contacted the lab they blamed Walgreens. Word of advice do not come here if you need a Covid test 72 hours prior to travel.

As a consumer, I strongly believe in providing feedback whether it’s positive or negative. I also believe in customer service especially if you work in a service oriented job position. I received a text message that my prescriptions were refilled. I called Walgreens and advised them that I did not need them to fill all the prescriptions, only 1. I had a doctors appointment that morning and my doctor was only refilling my prescriptions and putting them on file. The representative that I spoke to had an accent and was very nice. She said it was no problem and she would put the prescriptions back. Two hours later, I go to pick up my prescription at the Walgreens drive thru. The tech Amber comes to the window. I gave her my name and date of birth. I saw she had more than the one prescription that I had discussed with the representative. I advised her that I only had one prescription and the others weren’t supposed to be filled. Amber looked at me and said “had she known she wouldn’t wasted time getting all my prescriptions together.” I advised her that I contacted someone in Walgreens at the store and advised them. She asked me who did I speak to and I advised her a lady with an accent. Amber hung up the microphone but I wasn’t done talking. I asked her if she could hear me she said she could read my lips. RUDE and UNACCEPTABLE!!!! Terrible customer service. I am a consumer not part of the Walgreens Pharmacy staff. If someone drops the ball and there is problem with communication being transferred, the Customer should never know it. I chose to give a 1 because Walgreens does a good job with getting your prescriptions to you fast. Also I have had good experience with other pharmacy staff here.

The customer service is terrible. They act like you inconvenience them and they will sit there and literally argue with you about your prescription when you have insurance paperwork to prove information. The woman at the drive through window should take a class on how to respectfully serve customers.

I have litterly been on hold for over 30 minutes. Customer Service is a total -0. They answers the phone, but immediately puts you on hold. It’s so sad. Our Community. This is the worst Walgreens Pharmacy in Douglasville Ga., if you really need your meds and your life depends on it! Don’t Go! The only reason I gave 1 star, because it’s mandatory in order to post a review!

Dropped a prescription off and was told prescription would be ready in 20 minutes. I explained I was not going to wait and would return later. I returned 3 hours later and the prescription was not ready and still had to wait almost 30 minutes. Not impressed. Really unhelpful and pharmacy staff acts like customer are a bother

Pulled up to drive through. The Pharmacy tech never turned around, just picked up the phone and said someone will be with ya. The Pharmacist came to the window and check to see if the medication was available. He said the medication is not available. I asked him could he check at another Walgreens to see if they had the medication. He said No. I repeated my request in a question and he said No. He said, if you got a store in mind I will try and call but other than that No I can't look at the levels to see what they have. I did not ask him to look at another store's level. I am not sure where customer service went but I am longing for it to come back.
