Went one night was told by a rude night shift manager named stephanie that she couldn’t provide us with a printed receipt for pump number 14 which took money we went inside the store to pay for. When we went out to the pump 14 it allowed us to take the nozzle out and selected the fuel to use but didn’t dispense anything out. The manger insisted that we pay again because she could not explain to us why that happen . I ask for the receipt she tells me that the printer isn’t work but the lady next to her laughed and printed me a copy for pump 14.

Says open 24hrs here currently at 2:20 and it's closed. Edit: Dropped it another star after the reply. I'm not calling your hotline to be put on hold just to make a complaint. You see the complaint here. It would've been better if you guys would've just said we'll fix it.

5am shifts are a joke over the past several years. A recent visit was the last straw. I stood in line with 2 other customers for 7 minutes while the only employee in the front looked at us and cut pizza. The exemplified attitude of that’s not my job that a fellow employee is in the back is exactly why QT will always exceed past racetrack.

Relatively clean location, and decent selection inside. I believe my card may have been skimmed at the pump, so beware when pumping gas here and inserting your card. I used the contactless last time, and no strange transactions so far.

If I could leave no stars, I would. Never receipt paper at the pump. Always have to go in. Today I stopped for gas, same thing. I get to the door and it is locked. Sign says night box. I got to night box and girl walks off with ear buds talking on the phone ignoring me on purpose. I finally get her to come over and she says I can't give you a receipt. I will no longer use this store. I have had several bad experiences here.

New ownership refuses to put receipt paper in the pumps. Really sucks to have to walk in the store and ask for a receipt especially if you have a leg/foot injury or it's pouring down rain. This has been an ongoing issue since new ownership took over a few months ago.

Nice place. Just dont really feel safe there. Need more outside lighting and more people working to watch out for safety of the customers especially female customers. Seem like alot of people hanging around not saying they up to any wrong just feels very unsafe there.

Store was clean but that was about it. Cashier was complaining to another cashier and talking about how she was gonna quit the day she leaves for maternity leave. They were so busy talking to each other and her yelling about how she don’t care bout the job that they didn’t pay any attention to customers. Lady next to me asked for a receipt since one wasn’t offered.. pregnant cashier looked irritated and gave it to her. I ain’t even ask for one. Not a good look to have a person yelling how they’re gonna quit and don’t care about the job WHILE WORKING THE JOB.

The young lady talked to the other cashier the entire time I was at the counter getting cashed out. Paying no attention to me. It comes down to being rude. Normally the cashiers are very welcoming and attentive. I will stop by the other one and cash myself out if I have to deal with that
