The Pharmacy has been amazing their is a pharmacist there and his name is Ike and he has been amazing. My doctor forgot to send in a prescription and the office was officially closed. Ike called the operator went above and beyond to get my prescription because I was in so much pain, even when the operator was very rude to Ike he stayed professional and handled everything. Very efficient!

I simply went in to pick up a picture order only for the lady to walk away. Meredith came and asked if I needed help and proceeded to help me pick up my pic order and thanked me for choosing Walgreens. I would have given 5 stars for Meredith but since the other lady decided to walk away, 4 stars are granted. You never know who’s day you will make with a simple smile and hello. Thank you Meredith because you made my day.

Amazing experience I had with Ms. Meredith on 7/2/21. My debit card was having issues withdrawing cash from everywhere for whatever reason and needed cash back ASAP. Meredith was quick, concise, and very sweet with her service and assistance of me receiving the cash I needed and even helped sign me up for a store membership seeing that I shop there enough!

May 20, 2021 I needed a peel and stick poster pretty fast. Tomarius, photo clerk ensured my project was a success. He did Not cancel my order prior to ensuring he found a location which was able to assist me. This is the type of service I believe should be highlighted more often. I pray he is recognized by his leadership.

Love this store!!!!!! Meredith is ALWAYS welcoming and a face I look forward to seeing when I enter that door. The pharmacy department with Edie, Sharif, and Lauren are always kind and patient. ***Update**** There was a mix up with my medication. They were so helpful in taking care of the mix up.. Great store who hires great people. Although, there are a few new faces, the kindness remains the same. The only Walgreens that I shop at!!

Only a couple of years ago there was a Walgreens on every corner and sometimes every two corners depending upon which direction you were headed. I called the store on Fairburn road and before I could even get the words out of my mouth to speak to someone, I was put on hold 6 times. I decided to drive to the store because I really needed to pick up my RX. When I got to the counter I was told by the Pharmacist that it wasn't in and had to be ordered. I had also called the day before bcuz no one called me to inform me of this information. While I was in the store, I decided to pick up a few items and saw that some shelves were scarce of product or empty altogether. I noticed the line was getting long and a man on crutches was starting to complain about it. I also noticed 2 other people casually stocking the shelves while one person tried to accommodate the long line. I realize stores are closing all over, but should the customer service suffer for the customers who still frequent the store and pay their hard earned money? Just a couple of years ago Walgreens stores were popping up every where edging others out. Now the rubber meets the road and here again the emphasis is on numbers and not on people.
