This pharmacy is the worst I've ever seen. They go out of their way not to fill prescriptions. I am done with them and now go to CVS.

What a nightmare!! My 5 year old has been up since 6am from the ER with covered bandages on his entire right side. I go through drive thru Andrea was rude and demanding. She wanted me to drag my baby out of the car inside because my GoodRx code was not working properly. She wasn’t patient or nice at all. She demanded if she tried one more time I had to come in. I stressed to her that I would just pay the full price. After she came up to help the other lady with my code and it didn’t work, she walked away. Her personality was very aggressive and not meant for people that are sick. I spend a lot of money at this store since we are self pay but I won’t be back….She doesn’t even deserve one star

Wonderful customer service each and every time I've shopped at this Walgreens. They bend over backwards to help couponers and actually understand about Wags Cash and digital coupon issues. I prefer this location over ALL in the area. Thank you Mars Hill!

Under new management. The pharmacists are nice and I know them very well. They are helpful! HOWEVER.. having worked for this company in the past, I can certainly say that the business is unethical. Spend your money elsewhere. Especially small businesses. No hate for the store employees though. They're great.

I was told my prescription would be filled the next day at 9am. I came a little after 9 and the man that greeted me with others present stated so others could hear him, “ we are busy right now you will have to come back at 11 and you have two pills left”. How rude and unprofessional to assume I don’t have a full time job, single mom , kids going to camps at different locations! And to put my business out there. This will be the last time I will have any business at Walgreens

I am struggling, like so many other Americans, to secure an appointment to receive a Covid vaccine. After spending many hours online today I was unsuccessful and frustrated. All sites within a 50 mile radius of my home are booked. A Walgreens near Dallas Ga was kind enough to allow my friend to come at the very end of the day so they could give her a vaccine that had not been used; therefore, it wasn’t wasted. She suggested I try the same. The Walgreens on Mars Hill Road is near me so I called and asked to speak with someone on the pharmacy. The female who answered was rude and condescending. She interrupted me, didn’t allow me to finish a sentence, said she couldn’t help me and HUNG UP ON ME. SHE SHOULD BE FIRED. Someone needs to tell this person to adjust her attitude with customers who have been isolated from their children and from their parents for a year now and are just trying desperately to STAY ALIVE!!!!!! If she couldn’t help me she could have been polite about it. I’m calling the manager!!!! I called at 8:20 PM on Friday, March 19, 2021.

After searching the entire ATL area, I found a second dose appointment at this Walgreens on Mars Hill. Following a 90-minute drive, the pharmacists - in particular, Ashley Jones - was particularly rude and condescending, after I asked them to explain why their second dose policy was not consistent with CDC guidelines or Pfizer guidelines (which are both clear that there is a 4-day grace period on when the 2nd dose can be administered.) If they have the correct understanding of Walgreens policy - which is questionable based on their website indicating that they administer strictly based on CDC guidelines - then I don’t expect them to change company policy. What I do expect is that they don’t make an embarrassing scene, that they are rude when I spend 3 hours in the car to get there and they don’t have the patience or decency to answer my questions why their policy differs from everything available online, and THAT ASHLEY JONES, PHARMACIST HUNG UP ON ME TWICE. I see from these reviews that this is not the first time, and it’s absolutely unacceptable in this trying environment. To be clear, I did not and do not use foul language or insulting names. I did ask her why she was being rude and aggressive when explaining her policy and answering questions. It’s sad this exists in a community service based profession. I initially gave this a pass, because everyone has a bad day - until I read these reviews and see that this isn’t the first time customers have been treated this way. I hope Walgreens addresses this and will continue reporting until a proper response is received.

I have had a great experience last few times in this location, mainly notice Mr. Jon Mendez. I have been coming for years and for some time now I have always seen Mr Mendez doing something, or helping someone and all with a smile on his face. He is a true asset ! I just wanted to thank you Mr Mendez for your outstanding customer service!!

Website lies about COVID testing. They list they have the rapid testing done by the pharmacy/clinic. Unfortunately, when arrived the appointment was for the PCR and takes 2 to 4 days. And I needed the results within a day for to travel.

Love Trish at this clinic! She is the best RN and my kids (ages 3 and 8) adore her! She makes them smile even when they feel sick. This Walgreens also has a large selection of cosmetics and toiletries, I always find what I need.
