Furniture Pond is THE BEST Place to make your next furniture purchase and here’s why: They can get any piece of furniture that most other stores stock, except for exclusives, of course... and in most cases, their prices are better!! Plus I must say every piece we purchased is very well made and will last for many years to come! Another thing we really enjoy is their personalized Customer Service which is very important to us! NEVER did they try to Sell us their products, but waited to hear what interested us, and then went to work to find those pieces! As we worked with George and Derrick, they came to know us and what we liked... they were truly a pleasure! The delivery guys from The Furniture Pond were awesome. They were very friendly and very careful with moving the furniture into our new home. Definitely recommend Furniture Pond, even if you have already found a piece or a set from else where. The team are very welcoming and provided loads of catalogs to browse through without rushing you out or pushing certain brands like other places do. I purchased a dining room table from furniture pond, experienced some issues with my table a couple of months after. Not only did they give helpful advice to fix the table on my own, but once it was clear the table couldn’t be fixed, they offered me a brand new one! These guys are the best and offer quality service.

This store will not refund if your furniture doesn’t hold up only had the sofa and chair for 4 mouths or so and manufacture doesn’t honor things in the way that’s indicated. This store also is a final purchase without returns. Did not receive anything in writing that this is how they are setup. Be mindful if you are going to purchase. Sometimes you just can’t give support to certain black own business never again. Things happens to those that are not truthful.
