“Hot n’ Ready” is a joke at this location. The last several times I’ve tried to come here over the last year or so, they never have any hot n’ ready pizzas, and the wait is always over 10 minutes, so I just go elsewhere.

Just stopped by. The Food was hot and tasty but the girl at the window was one of the rudest people I’ve ever encountered. Definitely do not want to interact with her in my future visits.

Damn good late night pizza 🍕 for 2 guys that just got done working & don't live in Chattanooga either. Pizza was freshly made in the middle of the week & were closing within the hour.

Very poor experience at this location, never will answer the phone . Went last night after calling 5 times with no answer and drove out and went thru the drive thru , ordered just a cheese pizza and a pepperoni pizza . Associate said it would be 10 minutes and to pull up . After 40 minutes I went inside and asked what happened to the 10 minute wait which he replied we are doing all we can do . Took over an hour to get my simple order with no apology or anything. Last chance for this location

Several months ago, we ordered pizza via the app and showed up like we always did at the time it suggested. We had done this same thing many times before without much difficulty. I tend to order for in store pickup and use the pizza portal. Well after 40 minutes and getting handed cold pizzas, I asked for the manager to call me. He called me the next day and of course apologized and refunded my money. He said that he had new people and that things were going to get back to normal once they were trained and asked that we give them another try. After months of getting pizza at another place with no issues, we tried again to see if things changed. We ordered via the app and showed up when it said. The app even said our pizza went in the oven at 657. So, it seems like it would have been done around 705 like the app said. At 710, I went inside thinking something was wrong as I had gotten no email notification and the order tracker had not changed. Well, the counter employees said it was going to be a couple of more minute. While I waited, they served three cars and took one counter order. After 10 minutes of waiting, I asked to speak with the manager, who was nice and said it was simply a busy night and that my order would just be a few more minutes. I don't know much about pizza ovens but an order that went in at 657 should probably have come out by 720. Clearly, something was off. He offered to give me some free stuff and asked that I give them another chance. I told him that is what the manager said last time. I asked for refund and he gave me one and also gave me the pizzas. One was hot out of the oven and the other was cold. I don't know what is going on at this store but it was not this way for the 1st year that I lived here but these last 6 months have been poor service, cold pizzas, and don't care attitudes by employees unless you talk with a manager. Luckily, there is pizza place across the street and another one down the road that provide much better service.

I ordered online with the app and chose to pickup at the window. I arrived just as the app indicated it was ready. The girl at the window said I needed to come inside to pickup my order. I tried to tell her that I had selected to pickup at the window and she said that when they are busy, you have to come in. There was no one in line or waiting in the store or outside! I parked my car and walked in and she was scanning my order. I asked again why I had to come inside. She replied that I had to go through the portal. I did not interact with a portal. She handed me my pizza and dismissively told me to have a good day. I replied that she had poor customer service. She turned away. I frequently pick up pizza from this store. I have had bad experiences before but no one has ever been this rude! She does not need to be representing your store. I was tempted to call but I assumed it would not be handled appropriately if I called today. Please take care of this for your customers sake and for the food of your store. AND… They did not cut my pizza!!!

This place does not measures up to no where near the hot and ready standard. The staff is lazy and everytime I’ve attempted to order cheese bread they are out if ingredients, I attempted to support this establishment yesterday. . Another occasion it was 2 hours prior to closing, and they told me they were out as though they refused to make anymore. They have a sign that says 25-35 mins in the drive thru window ???? Why when it’s suppose to be hot n ready! This place needs customer training as well as food prep training because they don’t ever have anything. New management is desperately needed because there is no guidance

Waited in drive thru for 15 min. They definitely for a Saturday afternoon need more help. Guy was waiting on both customers at the window and at the counter. Then my wife found a hair that was baked in under the pepperoni. I believe in the future I will cross the street to Pizza Hut and pay a little more. Never had a bad experience there

I dropped in Little Ceasars unannounced passing by spur of the moment when they was busy a few hours after lunch I forgot the cashiers name she was operating the registra and the pizza oven upfront by herself and she politely told me she is upfront by herself she will tend to me in a moment. As soon as she had a moment she ask me what I wanted I told her a hot and ready pepperoni pizza she said they was being slammed with orders and one wasn't available but she briefly looked in the oven came back and told me that in another customers order that wasn't completed yet was coming out a pepperoni pizza in about 30 seconds she would sell that one to me and just make the other customer a new one so I said ok I will wait. Sure enough in around 30 seconds a pepperoni pizza came out she grabbed it put it in a box sliced it up she previously charged it to me slap a sticker on the box and gave me my the 🍕 pizza gracefully. And sent me on my merry way. She went out of her way to attend to me sold me some other customers pizza that was to their order that the order wasn't fully ready yet and my son and I was on break from plumbing and we was starving running an errand to pick up more plumbing materials I was in and out of Little Ceasars pizza just like that my son and I eating piping hot fresh pizza. Thank you Miss/Miss mysterious for your quick decision making and taking care of your customers with ease as you was juggling your in store multiple duties. Again thank you

I visited 11/27/2021. The pizza was as expected, but the place was disorganized and frustrating. I ordered in the lobby and was told it would be about a 12 minute wait. During my 35 minute wait, pizza after pizza went to those at the drive-thru while several of us continued to wait in the lobby. A young lady arrived at the counter who was finally able to bring some order the chaos. Hopefully she'll be running the place soon.
