Terrible experience. Ordered a large hand tossed with some boneless buffalo wings. It showed up after an hour and a half wait time. The pizza was a medium, not a large (family of 4), luke warm, and the wings had some weird cheese on them with a little sauce slapped on top. There were 6 weird uneven slices that weren't even cut all the way through. Tried to call and sat on hold with no answer. $40 down the drain.

Doors locked at 10:40pm and the manager HID from me. I just wanted to pick up my pizza that I was notified was ready- you could see it from the front door waiting on the rack. Walked all the way back to my car and attempted to call the store, no one answered.

Fast delivery and good service but be careful, this dominos has a serious issue that I hope they get fixed. Placed an order through the app last night and paid for it with my credit card, leaving a 25% tip for the driver. Payment processed. Woke up this morning to a 423 number calling me 7times before I picked up. The person on the other end sounded familiar and said they were with dominos asking me if I ordered delivery the previous night. Being really tired I said yes and then they proceeded to tell me the card I used wasn’t able to process even going so far as to state the exact amount I paid (along with the exact amount I tipped the driver), then asked me to confirm my card info which I stupidly did. Shortly after the call my credit card app started to update me with random transactions to PayPal, Google, and even a gift card that I had nothing to do with. I promptly froze the card and called the 423 number back thinking it was them, but it was a private cell phone. So I looked up the number of the store and called it, employee who answered said they do not call to confirm cards and to call the manager later. I called my credit card company and confirmed the fraudulent transactions which they suggested the most common way that happens is when someone (usually an employee) from the the store gets ahold of and distributes your information. I called the store and spoke with the manager so that I could warn them that someone at their store may have swiped my card info and used my pizza order to scam me the following day. They kind of just brushed me off and didn’t want to discuss it saying they sometimes “reach out to confirm the info and that it’s probably legit”. If it was legit, why didn’t they call from the store and why was my card being used right after the call to purchase gift cards and other things?? He didn’t want to hear it so I’m letting the police sort it out…. Submitted a police report along with the 423 number that called me that morning (who ironically isn’t answering the phone and wasn’t smart enough to use a fake number.) I don’t want anything out of this and I got my transactions reversed but I just wanted to warn others that if you use the app to order, the app takes care of processing or denying payment info, never give that out over the phone like I did. Needless to say I don’t feel secure ordering from this particular store if it turns out someone associated with it used my delivery info to scam my card, I probably won’t be ordering again. I definitely won’t be confirming my card info over the phone ever again.

Great food and great service, We have been using this store for years. They are great usually never wrong, unless you want your thin crust pie cut. It just doesn't happen. LOL

This was tue worst extra cheese pepperoni pizza ever I have gotten . the last pizza i got from this location was a 10. 5/03/22 was a nightmare. Pizza dod not have extra cheese was stiff and cold and not even warm. It was like it was a left over left out on the counter not fit for intake of it. Please Dominoes do better. I had such big hopes for you all from the past experience I had. Not pleased and inhappy. Did not and couldnt even get down a whole slice.

I actually got to meet the general manager and she was fantastic. She made my food . Cut my pizza boxed my food . Answered phones , prepared orders and interacted with each customer. Told her delivery drivers to be safe . As a matter of fact delivery driver Daniel was super friendly as well .. Thank you for the great experience. Food was amazing !

Wow!! In a time when very few things are as pleasant or as simple as they are made to seem, this experience is one of pure positives. I ordered my pizza on line, received my points and my $3.00 tip for picking up my own pizza. I felt as though I was in a commercial when I went to pick it up because I hit the button on my cell phone once I pulled up to alert the staff that I had arrived and walked into the store to meet the most professional, polite team of people Ever!! Talk about customer service!!!These people should give seminars on Customer Service as well as fresh, hot delicious food. Thank you, Thank you and Thank you. You people have no idea of how and who you impact by simply doing what you do above and beyond expectations. I so needed something to go right and your team provided that and more at a crucial time. This location has gone completely down hill! Not worth ordering any food at present, 3/8/2022, although we used to like the pizza. Pizza's were slapped together, toppings in piles, wrong toppings, paid for extras but didn't get them, and under cooked. Trash. Wings were barely warm and mostly chewy white skin. Delivery was messed up but we would not have cared if the food was any good, at all. App showed it was stuck in 'quality check' for about and hour but the food was so bad, we wish it would have never shown up and we got a refund. Also, we were sent an email giving us an option for points or 50% off (pizza only) our next order since they said they knew they messed up. How they knew, we don't know, we didn't say anything. Decided to roll the dice at 50% off the next day. Terrible mistake! Same delivery delay and messed up pizzas that weren't edible. The crows in the back yard ate some at least, then a possum later that night. Not sure they'll still alive today though.

Very professional and courteous team. The food will be prepared on time for most of your orders. Definitely the ordered food items will be prepared as requested and the taste will also be same every time and satisfying results guaranteed. The two reasons for not rating 5 star are: they don’t voluntarily ask you for toppings like Red Peppers or Cheeses while delivering our food and even one time they didn’t has stock to give me peppers and another time this happened one staff completed my checkout and went inside for preparing other order food and entirely forgot about my order and when asked she said it’s getting ready but it was ready long back. Otherwise they’re are always awesome 👍
