My coworkers and I order 2 pizzas almost every Friday from the East Ridge location, I place my order online for later in the day pickup and it's always ready on time and super yummy! The workers are nice too.

I am dissatisfied with customer service, borderline rude front counter people with no knowledge of current promotions or sales going on. No apologies for customer treatment and they have a whatever attitude. Their app constantly crashes so you cannot order through the app to procure points; you are forced to order over the phone and unable to get carry special from app in store. I was unfortunately forced to pay more. Finally the quality of the pizzas received has gone down over the last 3 months. I will not be in ordering from here anymore.

The staff is always so friendly and the food is so fresh every time ! The thin crust- ‘the works’ pizza and green salad we ordered tonight were absolutely delicious!

I called the girl was rude hangs up then i order online driver never finds my home and we never got our food now i gotta check to see if i get a refund this was really crazy.. never got my food!!

Every time we have ordered from here we have been extremely happy with the service and food! The delivery time was spot on from what they said. The other orders were picked up and the staff was very kind even on super bowl Sunday. We will definitely be making this our local east ridge pizza place!

The staff that worked on March 16th around 5pm all needs to be fired immediately. They took extremely long with order and while I was waiting they were constantly badmouthing all the customers that were waiting for food. If you hate your job so much then quit 🤷🏻♂️ Stay away from this location.
