After reading some of the other reviews after everything I experienced I can safely conclude that this place isn't up to par. First, even though the place is half a mile from my location it took them an over an hour and a half for my order. The time isn't to be desired but okay, maybe they are busy. Next I called in just to get a status of my order. They couldn't find me on their system. The call rep solution is for me to make a new order, saying goodbye to the money on my last order. When I made that known, they told me to deal with it with my bank. Said I wanted to speak to the manager and he was able to find my order and said that their delivery person is on her way. Okay, good. Not looking so good right now but at least I know it is here. Then I get a call from the delivery driver and she said it is outside of my door. Open it up, nothing. Called her back and she swears she is at the right location. After telling her more information she told me she was at building 5 (mine is 2 with a different street number). Waited outside in the light rain for her to find me because she was lost. The pizza is warm, not cold, and the wings are also warm. Needless to say, with everything that has happened with this order I don't recommend it. Carry out will be the best option or going to the store to get a frozen pizza.

Ordered delivery even though I could walk there bc I didn’t want to leave my house with my kids, and they delivered to the wrong place. I called and had them start the order over. It took over an hour and a half to get the pizza I ordered and they barely apologized and did nothing to make up for the situation. Very unimpressive. The pizza was good though, so they do get a few stars.

They treat their long lived employees like trash. I had quite the time and experience the very short while I worked there with the manager and her best “do guy!” I called today and the credit card machine was down supposedly nation wide. I worked there and saw the alliance. I won’t mention names but only order from this location if u absolutely have no other choice. One of their employees needed some understanding being there years and they still turned their backs on her 2. That 2 employees in this time of need and recovery from Covid me they could allow her a few weeks to handle what she needed to and I was treated unfairly when I was off of work and then imploding in my personal life. This is not an attack or a grudge. It’s just the truth what goes on there! We al love Pizza Hut! Just not this one!

Placed an order on line, pizza was great, but the order included a 2 liter bottle of soda. Didn't receive it. Since wife picked up order and I placed order there wasn't any questions and pizza hut did not catch it. So make sure you get everything. The employees wont help.

I ordered two medium pizzas and they charged me $32.75, these were the lousiest pizzas I have ever gotten from Pizza Hut they was next to nothing on the pizza: the pizza was dry with Harley any sauce and on some slices none at all, hardly any meat. I felt as if I was eating just the pizza crust with a little bit of cheese on it. I am so disappointed. What a waste of money..

I tried them again against my better judgment. The pan pizza was just crispy bread with barely a thin layer of toppings. Some of the pieces only had toppings in the middle and not all over. They do not have spinach anymore which is why I don't eat there as much as I use to. By the way this order also included what should have been hand tossed, but was thin crust. The person who brought my pizza out was very nice.

Okay, it’s a nice day. I was feeling a bit better from being sick- so I decided to order my favorite, Pizza Hut. I place the order, it says it will be here at 3:55, 20 minutes after that time, nothing. I call and are on hold for 5 minutes. They told me they don’t have an order in my name. Like, yes. You do! After talking for another long time waste of minutes they say the driver is enroute and slam the phone down. The driver is my favorite deliver girl. Props to her. But, it gets here the food is cold as the North Pole, the cheese in the mozzarella stick was so dry I literally choked on it. As seen in the picture. I will probably not order from this Pizza Hut again. Maybe not any Pizza Hut, cause this happens, a lot.🤦🏻♂️

Husband and I ordered last night. Delivery was fine however our pizzas had little to know sauce on them. We had thought we ordered a white sauce by mistake until we got a tiny bit of sauce at the crust.

Awful delivery. Was not notified it had been delivered and no knock on the door. When we finally seen our pizza was here, there was ants all in our pizza.
