First, let me say they deserve at least ONE star, because they can actually be very nice, while they waist your time. This review is not on a whim, and is well overdue. These pharmacists apparently don't know their job very well. They have waisted my time on too many occasions, until I finally changed pharmacies. They would assure me I can come pick my prescription up shortly, I leave so I don't have to wait in store, and come back only for them to tell me "We can't fill this yet". I always wait and make sure there are no problems like that before I leave, but it doesn't matter with these people. Most of the time they won't even call you or text you and let you know there's a problem so you don't waist a trip back out there. I even got to where I would specifically ask them "Will you please double check and make sure I'm not filling this too early?" They say "No, you're not too early, it'll be ready shortly". I come back, and it's the SAME thing, "We can't fill this for you yet, it's too early". So I tell them "The girl checked earlier for me and said it wasn't too early! Why would she tell me that? This has happened several times, so I specifically asked if I was filling it too early". They try to make a few excuses why she told me that, but none made sense. And one of the ladies says "Next time, tell them to make sure they check the"... blah blah whatever (can't remember because I was getting upset). Figure your own jobs out, people. It's not my job to hold your hands and make sure you know how to do your job and how to use your own systems. Asking "Will you double check and make sure I'm not filling this too early?" should definitely be clear enough. No matter what you do to try to prevent it, they WILL often waist your time. Oh, I almost forgot, one of the times they waisted my time going back out there, they ended up telling me "We can't fill this until Friday", which was in 3 or 4 days. But when I went back ON FRIDAY, they STILL said it was a day too early. I grew a few more grey hairs instantly. ~Chad

If I could give zero stars I would first cashier was very rude. at the Brainerd road location wouldn't provide bags for the items I purchased I had to bag my own items. I asked was it time for his lunch break. Very rude and no professionalism. The pharmacist returned from his lunch break but continued to eat and lick his fingers while serving customer. I left and went to the Walgreens in Ringgold where I received excellent service. ~Veronica

The gentleman that works here is very friendly and helpful. But the lady is the complete opposite. If you walk through the front door and she's at the register, just do like me, turn around and walk back out. I`d have given fewer stars but you can tell he tries his best to take care of his customers behind the rudeness of her. ~Misty

Interesting place to walk around. Some deals especially the clearance sections.(Mixed varieties of hot teas $1!) I bought some kitchen items, large skillet was my favorite buy. Quality of clothes is similar to Burke or Ross but more expensive at Marshalls. ~Sarah

The tj maxx at Northgate is ok accept I had a few items that I needed to return n the supervisor said it was against store policy but I googled it right in front of her n showed her that it said that do accept those kinds of returns and she said that she didn't want her numbers to be poor for her store so I had to keep very expensive unwanted items because she was worried about the numbers at her store. I told her I didn't understand her decision that it's not like it came out of her paycheck and she more or less told me it was time for me to leave so I did so. I probably won't be shopping there anymore just for the fact that I may get stuck w something that doesn't fit. TJ Maxx at Northgate in hixson and the supervisor really disappointed me. ~Skyler

I have to say that Walmart is definitely stepping up their game when it comes to Keto! They do offer a larger than normal selection of this type of food. It was kind of dirty boxes all over the place. ~M

First time visiting this Belk location. It was very clean and organized. There were a lot of signs advertising sales and telling you to use your store coupons on the belk app. The employee who rang up my purchase explained that I couldn't use the coupon with the sale but they did it in a nice, non-condescending way which I really appreciated. ~Rachel

We usually get food at this location that is ok but the service is terrible. You never know what day they will be accepting cash or a card until you've sat there for who knows how long before you get to the intercom. Last night however, I had the worst experience yet. I got there a full hour before closing thinking that might be enough time before closing to get something decent. I waited in line forever. It was taking so long before we even moved an inch that 2 cars decided to leave and go somewhere else. I finally get my turn and order a very simple burger and fries. When I get to the window to pay it's already 10:30 and she tells me my total and I was very taken aback when she says 19 dollars and some change. I tell her no and she asks me what I ordered. I tell her and she says 5.99. Then when she brings me my food she tells me they didn't have any fries left so I only got a small fry instead of the medium so she gave me onion rings. She says they were getting ready to close and weren't coming anything else. I tried to give them back and told her I didn't like onion rings. She asked if I wanted nuggets. I reluctantly reply yeah and she hangs me 4 shriveled nuggets. I get hungry mustard and leave. I was there a full hour before closing and they weren't fixing more food and there were many cars behind me. What did they do for those people? I a only the second car in line this entire time. They didn't fix food at all the entire hour before closing. They just give people whatever they have left over without saying anything at the intercom how they aren't allergic to any of it and that they like it. The sides were so old and hard you couldn't chew them and were a choking hazard. The burger was old and dry and tastes like straight up propane. It was disgusting and all went into the trash. So I burned up all that expensive, precious gasoline and wasted all my time and the $6 for nothing. I should have just thrown money in the trash, poured gas on it, and burned it because that's about what I accomplished wasting my time here. It was pretty awful. ~Rebekah
