Best restaurant in Chattanooga, Tennessee (TN) 2024

We usually get food at this location that is ok but the service is terrible. You never know what day they will be accepting cash or a card until you've sat there for who knows how long before you get to the intercom. Last night however, I had the worst experience yet. I got there a full hour before closing thinking that might be enough time before closing to get something decent. I waited in line forever. It was taking so long before we even moved an inch that 2 cars decided to leave and go somewhere else. I finally get my turn and order a very simple burger and fries. When I get to the window to pay it's already 10:30 and she tells me my total and I was very taken aback when she says 19 dollars and some change. I tell her no and she asks me what I ordered. I tell her and she says 5.99. Then when she brings me my food she tells me they didn't have any fries left so I only got a small fry instead of the medium so she gave me onion rings. She says they were getting ready to close and weren't coming anything else. I tried to give them back and told her I didn't like onion rings. She asked if I wanted nuggets. I reluctantly reply yeah and she hangs me 4 shriveled nuggets. I get hungry mustard and leave. I was there a full hour before closing and they weren't fixing more food and there were many cars behind me. What did they do for those people? I a only the second car in line this entire time. They didn't fix food at all the entire hour before closing. They just give people whatever they have left over without saying anything at the intercom how they aren't allergic to any of it and that they like it. The sides were so old and hard you couldn't chew them and were a choking hazard. The burger was old and dry and tastes like straight up propane. It was disgusting and all went into the trash. So I burned up all that expensive, precious gasoline and wasted all my time and the $6 for nothing. I should have just thrown money in the trash, poured gas on it, and burned it because that's about what I accomplished wasting my time here. It was pretty awful. ~Rebekah

If you’re wanting breakfast, KEEP DRIVING, don’t stop! Sat in the drive-thru for 30 minutes. Ordered a Big Breakfast for my hubby and a sausage, egg, and cheese McGriddle meal for me. Noticed on my receipt that there’s now an upcharge for coffee with a breakfast meal? WTH, but ok. Get almost to the interstate and decide to look in the bag. No hotcakes. McDonald’s has now decided to charge more for their Big Breakfast by removing the hotcakes and making a new meal with hotcakes, which of course costs more. Uughh. Once I drove back & went in, instead of re-ringing the order and charging for the other meal, I was charged for an order of hotcakes, another $3.29. Fine. Once I got home, I realized I was shorted, on top of being overcharged, a hash brown. The Big Breakfast comes with 2, mine came with 1. Only had 2 in the bag. Needless to say, there was a sign in the window, something to the effect of “lobby is now open for visits.” Despite people trying to get in, one guy mouthed “I need to use the restroom,” they were told it was not open for some odd reason at 10:30 in the morning. I went to get a fish sandwich today the cashier was very nice ,but the lady with the yellow and black weave tracks,with the side shaved off was the worst and she made a statement for Jesus to help her he needs too all that loud talking and calling out was hood too death and she was rude rather I spent 8 dollars or 80 she had the young man drop three trays of fries and got mad with the cashier because I wanted fresh ones and they still were cold she didn't know who I was could have been a secret shopper the owner or anyone its been a while since I have been to this burger King and it will be an even longer time next time hire better people, train them better and tell her to keep asking Jesus to help her with her nasty self!!!!!! ~Martha

I'll never go back if this is the one in Cleveland .we were there before my mom's funeral didn't have much time. Lady would not listen to our orders was a smart aleck,hateful person!!! Our orders were wrong 3 different times and over charged and refused to give us the difference we were owed ... Horrible place do not suggest going there !!!! ~Michelle
