Not a good look for Brainerd road location. Only one employee thats a manager works hard to serve customers the correct way. She does her job but to be treated like a dog is very poor. GM is always on her phone never really helps out when needed better yet when is she ever at the store. The GM lady with blue and black braids with black nasty spandex pants that’s not job related. I recommend no one return to that location until new employees and staff is present. I would only keep the dedicated employees but the rest will have to be removed to many attitudes and rudeness. If you’re wanting breakfast, KEEP DRIVING, don’t stop! Sat in the drive-thru for 30 minutes. Ordered a Big Breakfast for my hubby and a sausage, egg, and cheese McGriddle meal for me. Noticed on my receipt that there’s now an upcharge for coffee with a breakfast meal? WTH, but ok. Get almost to the interstate and decide to look in the bag. No hotcakes. McDonald’s has now decided to charge more for their Big Breakfast by removing the hotcakes and making a new meal with hotcakes, which of course costs more. Uughh. Once I drove back & went in, instead of re-ringing the order and charging for the other meal, I was charged for an order of hotcakes, another $3.29. Fine. Once I got home, I realized I was shorted, on top of being overcharged, a hash brown. The Big Breakfast comes with 2, mine came with 1. Only had 2 in the bag. Needless to say, there was a sign in the window, something to the effect of “lobby is now open for visits.” Despite people trying to get in, one guy mouthed “I need to use the restroom,” they were told it was not open for some odd reason at 10:30 in the morning. The young man just stood there staring at me. I asked if he was waiting for me or serving someone else. He said you. I then preceeded to tell him about the sandwich. On all delivery apps they have opted out of special instructions that would allow me to politely ask them to remember her sauce. It's hard enough to get my 5 year old daughter to eat and after I have to pay $14+ to get a $6 happy meal to my home I then have to plead with her to eat without her sauce. Then McDonald's send me a complimentary meal card I cannot use on a delivery app. I don't drive so they might as well have slapped me in the face. If you're not going to the store just don't order here. If you do go to the store always check your meals before you leave. Most likely something hasn't been done correctly or items you ordered are probably missing. Buyer beware!
