Hit up the drive thru, I ordered the 8 piece bucket, They didn't have chicken.... Say what? Ya, they didn't have chicken of all things.

Place is trash. Showed up at 10:05. Google maps says they close at 10:30. Was told with attitude that they were already closed. Really need to update the business hours then. Just a person from out of town looking for a quick meal after a long day of work.

This KFC is the worst place ever. They act like it is a problem to take your order and like you are an inconvenience. Today went through the drive through and had to pull up and wait about 20 minutes. They had left a get off the order and a chicken sandwich with no mayo was covered with mayo. Last time I ever go there.

Chicken tinders were nothing but bread and the fries were stale. All my tinders looked like the one in the photo.

The past few times we've been here the customer service has been horrible! This time sat at the drive thru for 3-5 minutes and no one came over the intercom.

We have always gotten all white meat in our meals with of course an upcharge, but now there is a take it as it comes . We also always get a mix of crispy and original they don't have crispy at 8 pm. The decline of this KFC has really hit an all time low. If I could give a negative star it would get 5 of them

They came out and told" us that they don't have what we have and they were sold out of all food." when they are clearly serving other cars through the drive. And still checked our order in so we couldn't cancel it

Poor customer service. Majority of my order was missing. Then they tried to tell me they gave me everything. Homeless comes inside and watches you eat. This place made me appreciate Chick-fil-A.

I absolutely love their food today. I stopped there thinking I could get in and out with my order because I had tickets for the aquarium and I had a certain amount of time to get there. On everything, I waited 45 minutes for my food. They told me it was going to be an eight minute wait for tenders. But I ended up waiting about 40 to 45 minutes watching people get served in front of me with the smaller orders of $10. They could have got my order up. I have a large family and yes it was a big order but still.

I only gave 3 stars only for the chicken, coleslaw, and customer service. We eat at a lot of KFC over the United States. And they mashed potatoes and gravy was the worst. The gravy was like water or you can say soup gravy and mashed potatoes tasted as it came from a grocery store. The instant mash in a box. They also didn't have baked chicken, which I really can't complain about because some do and some don't. I have to say the chicken tastes pretty good and fresh. The breast of chicken was huge. The coleslaw was fresh and not super runny.
