I was charged $75 after I cancelled my reservation less than 10 minutes after reserving it. Uhaul and budget will scam you out of money all the way around!!!

Terrible customer service. You can reserve a truck a week in advance and you will end up with no truck. Apparently they can take a reservation, but do not know how to keep the reservation. Which is really the most important part of the reservation. Just terrible.
