Don’t count on your rental being there even if you made a reservation. Got screwed because “there was no available vehicles” even though the reservation had been made several weeks in advance. Bad business practice to tell you the day before you are to pick up your rental that it’s not available and sorry…nothing we can do. Find someone else.. Uhaul, Ryder, Budget, or two homeless dudes with a Ford Ranger. All the above will be more reliable.

Leslie is an absolute super star! My husband and I and our children went to GA for weekend and our car broke down so we had to slowly drive to TN. Leslie helped us from A through Z! Gave us great rate to rent truck to NYC and helped us get a drop off location in NYC going well above and beyond. she has such a positive energy, and a big smile on her face. She is smart and as a business owner if I were you, I would give her a raise and double her salary because it is hard to find employees who are so dedicated, friendly and do such an exceptional job!!! Leslie you are the best thank you so much for all your help !!!

I reserved a cargo van on Jun 12th for the Jun 20th in order to move some items. On the 17th, I receive a message on my voicemail at 4pm saying..sorry we have no cargo van availability. I try to call back when I got it just an hour later, only to find out they are close and not answering. On top of that, they are closed Sat and Sun. I needed the van on Monday morning. So now I am completely SOL due to them canceling the last minute - FIVE days after I made the reservation. On top of this, when I now go back into their web site to make a reservation, it shows availability for the vehicle they tell me they don't have on the day I need it! So, moral of the story is, if you have a rental reservation, it's probably not safe and definitely not guaranteed. Good luck if you have a current reservation!

I called an spoke with a young lady named Leslie. We broke down towing a boat from Florida to Illinois. We had been up over 30 hours when I reached out to her for help. She is AMAZING! Took all my information, found me a truck in minutes and had everything set up and ready to go! I wish everyone had a staff of "Leslie's" working for them! And I hope her Team appreciate's her quality! I have rented from Enterprise many times, this was my first truck rental, and have met alot of nice folks. I also worked in the hospitality industry for over thirty years in the training department alot of those years and I know the level of customer service Leslie provides comes from within, not something trainable, but hopefully contagious 😊 she is an asset for sure! Turned my frown upside down! Thank you Leslie for helping us out and enjoying doing it!!!

I am still in the truck that I rented 2 months ago because of a company vehicle accident that I was involved in. Through every step of the evolution, Aeriel and Lauren have both been wonderful in getting things ironed out. I see some bad reviews on here, which are surprising to me; they have been a great benefit to me - super helpful and have shown initiative, taking care of potential issues before they occur. A+. I won't rent anywhere else, professionally or privately.

I reserved a truck last week for this coming Saturday, hired movers, arranged trucks, and took off work. Got an email from Leslie at Enterprise the day before saying that they didn't have a truck available even though I had a reservation... I call, she said sorry, spoke with her so called "manager " Eray (who is useless). Offered no solution, or any help for his lack of management skill as the "manager" of this establishment. He is rude and didn't seem to even care that this has put me in a situation to lose thousands of dollars. Probably because he is used to poor management of this fleet. Eray wouldn't even offer his last name or district manger information. Stay away from this place because you will be in a bind... they also charge for Sunday rental even if you don't need it Sunday and their explanation was so that they could have a "day off". YOU ARE PAYING EXTRA DAYS SO THEY CAN HAVE A DAY OFF....

Great trucks...But don’t like how each location is operating like independent businesses? I picked up a truck from one Enterprise Truck Rental location and returned it to a different Enterprise Truck Rental location...and got charged a “Penalty” from the first one since they no longer had it at their facility to be able to rent. I don’t know if that is corporate policy, but it’s not convenient for the customer! So much for their slogan “Enterprise...We Pick You Up”?

Had a reservation for 9:00 AM, called and told them I would be a little late and I was told that was fine, they had my van waiting. When I arrived at 10:30, they didn't have a van for me. One guy told me that the can was getting serviced and they were late getting it back. Around 11:15, a van got returned. The guy I was dealing with went out to check it in. Another employee came up and when we started talking, she told me that the can that I was scheduled to pick up have been returned by the previous renter yet. I finally got my van at around 11:30. What would have happened if I had made it at 9:00?? Why was I given two stories about why they didn't have a van ready for me? I rent from Enterprise about thirty times a year. This branch is not big on customer service.

Well I have rented from enterprise before and each time I have to jump through hoops because of some kind of change on the day I am leaving so this last time made me decide to write a review I absolutely dred the service desk if you have the money in your account you have insurance binder and a bill due to the fact I had my bill payed a little over on my phone it did not match new. Balance I could not rent my truck so I had to rent from another company with double cost the business I am in I have had several vendors with the same issue terriable accountability to help client at the last minute. Even my phone company said they had never heard of such things and they were jumping threw hoops to help me to crazy and disappointed

I have been renting from this location for 4 years, and have never had any issues. They can get busy, but they always call me back promptly. Toby is very helpful, and the trucks are always clean low milage vehicles.
