Not sure about every else, but I go on vacation to get away from it all, especially work and political opinions. If you fall into that category, I strongly recommend skipping this establishment and visiting the many better options in OBX.

Wayyyyy overpriced! I searched for something to buy! Even looked at the homemade wood signs for one to add to our selection, with no luck! Nice to have a t shirt selection for significantly smaller or larger folks. Other than that, nothing I didn't see elsewhere, possibly priced less. Too pricey for me, nonetheless.

Advertise BOGO sweatshirts, but one is $80. Designs are a little lame and quality isn't great. Not much in the way of souvenirs other than clothes and had an odd smell.

I’d give zero if there were that option. They really are pirates. They have “ buy one get one 50% off” signs everywhere.. BUT, .. here and there they’ve snuck in full price items that they will not discount.. if you do not see that there is no 50% off sign., the owner/manager is rude and condescending. Such as… open your eyes, did you see a sign on this? If not why would you think you can get it .for less. I told him I was looking at the clothes, not signs.. He growled… the clothes don’t talk to you! ??? He refused to take the items off the check s

This is my 4th time at the OBX and I've visited the pirates store every time since it's near our beach house. I always like coming here because I'm always greeted with a smile and I feel it's a one-stop-shop with everything I need. Some items can be a bit pricey, like the hoodies but I feel it's worth it for the quality, they're sooo soft!! I also like the fact that I can choose my own print!!!!! Definitely recommended to stop by!!

Today I visited this store, I really liked the good prices😍👍 a large selection of T-shirts 👕 swimwear👙 , souvenirs from OBX, friendly staff, children made tattoos, everyone was satisfied 😃💕

My 16 year old son went in there and was asked to shake out his pockets because they thought he was stealing. Not only is that illegal but extremely rude and disrespectful. Funniest part is he had 200 in cash to spend and ended up not buying a thing because of the service. Unbelievable.

Over priced to sticker shock levels. Several items that are sold here I found for less at other stores in the area. They have an entire section alone for nothing but BONGS. I was NOT impressed. If you want to save your wallet some pain, go somewhere else.

This was a cool souvenir shop. The kids got tattoos and some toys. Only thing was the prices were pretty high. The tattoos were sweet and the kids loved them.
