Bought a 3 pairs of Hey Dude shoes. Tried to Exchange 1 pair next day, still has tags on them. Would not exchange because they were “worn”. . Manager would not authorize exchange. Very disappointed.

Loved this store. Probably the best customer service experience we had all trip. Very polite and helpful man working the register and the woman cleaning was very polite as well. I know it can be stressful on employees with tourists but these employees handled it excellent and was amazing at their job.

Awful experience at this location! The older woman with long black hair shoved my disabled mom with her pointy elbow. My mom was looking through the shirts for a specific size and the woman comes over ‘ you are messing up my pile! What size are u looking for’ and shoved her to the side, as if my mother wouldn’t have fixed it after she was done. If you can’t be nice, don’t have a job in retail.

Very rude associates. Was told to leave because I did not have a mask on, which is fine even though I have a medical condition, but then while walking out I was followed out and told I need to take better care of myself. Can easily find products in this store online at same price or cheaper anyway. Shop elsewhere.

Best t-shirt selection on the boardwalk! We got these awesome Sea Dog shirts and we got in on a free t-shirt promo (an outer banks lighthouse themed shirt) they're doing as well for spending a certain amount of 💰🏴☠️
