Best truck rental agency in Chattanooga, Tennessee (TN) 2024

I reserved a 16' truck weeks in advance from Budget to be picked up at this location. Upon arrival on the morning of my rental on 7/1, the office was closed with a sign that said they had no trucks and were closed until 7/5. A sign was posted with a number for "after hours" questions. We tried calling this number, but no one answered. We texted to let them know we were there for our rental and got the unprofessional response, "Did no one call you?" No one had called us! After texting back that we never received a response that there was no truck and even if they had one, they had no papers (???) to rent a truck out. After which, they told us to try another Budget location and abruptly stopped answering our texts. Corporate was able to resolve our issue and find us another smaller truck, but I would not recommend this pick-up location to anyone. Not only did they fail to have the truck we reserved, but they failed to even call to let us know and let us just show up to a closed store. They also offered us no help or resolution for our issue. Extremely unproffesional!! I do not recommend using this location. ~Jeffrey

Leslie is an absolute super star! My husband and I and our children went to GA for weekend and our car broke down so we had to slowly drive to TN. Leslie helped us from A through Z! Gave us great rate to rent truck to NYC and helped us get a drop off location in NYC going well above and beyond. she has such a positive energy, and a big smile on her face. She is smart and as a business owner if I were you, I would give her a raise and double her salary because it is hard to find employees who are so dedicated, friendly and do such an exceptional job!!!
