I reserved a 16' truck weeks in advance from Budget to be picked up at this location. Upon arrival on the morning of my rental on 7/1, the office was closed with a sign that said they had no trucks and were closed until 7/5. A sign was posted with a number for "after hours" questions. We tried calling this number, but no one answered. We texted to let them know we were there for our rental and got the unprofessional response, "Did no one call you?" No one had called us! After texting back that we never received a response that there was no truck and even if they had one, they had no papers (???) to rent a truck out. After which, they told us to try another Budget location and abruptly stopped answering our texts. Corporate was able to resolve our issue and find us another smaller truck, but I would not recommend this pick-up location to anyone. Not only did they fail to have the truck we reserved, but they failed to even call to let us know and let us just show up to a closed store. They also offered us no help or resolution for our issue. Extremely unproffesional!! I do not recommend using this location.

Not sure if it's a corporate thing or just location based, but anytime you rent a vehicle days in advance and get a call the MORNING OF!! to tell you that the truck is not available you will get a 1 star rating from me!

Pretty good truck rental place. The only thing I don't like is the women at the NW Broad street location is really pushy about buying their insurance and is kinds rude. Besides that I would recommend them.

Driving a 12 foot truck was definitely not fun, and it needed an alignment or SOMETHING. 500 plus miles was not the way I wanted to find that out, but it got me where I needed to go.

The guy was pretty helpful but when I returned it I was charged a late fee but I wasn’t going to step out on a huge dog.

Equipment not in a perfect shape. I rented a towing dolly, it was rusty, the latches didn't work properly and I had to struggle with them all my trip.

Mark took great care of me. He called me as soon as my reservation went through. So I knew he cared. They're prices were literally 75% less than blue/yellow truck rental and about 50% less than the orange haul truck rental company.
