The tj maxx at Northgate is ok accept I had a few items that I needed to return n the supervisor said it was against store policy but I googled it right in front of her n showed her that it said that do accept those kinds of returns and she said that she didn't want her numbers to be poor for her store so I had to keep very expensive unwanted items because she was worried about the numbers at her store. I told her I didn't understand her decision that it's not like it came out of her paycheck and she more or less told me it was time for me to leave so I did so. I probably won't be shopping there anymore just for the fact that I may get stuck w something that doesn't fit. TJ Maxx at Northgate in hixson and the supervisor really disappointed me.

This is the cleanest, most well-organized discount store I have ever been in. And it was mid-day on a Saturday. I'm not sure if they just recently had a corporate visit or if this how they do business as usual, but it looked amazing in there in EVERY department.

One of the nicest stores I've visited. The racks are full with the correct clothes, and neat and orderly. Clothes are not strolled out across the store. The toy section wasn't a disaster and you can easily find products to purchase. You can tell the employees take pride in their store and it's upkeep. And staff was nice and friendly.
