First time visiting this Belk location. It was very clean and organized. There were a lot of signs advertising sales and telling you to use your store coupons on the belk app. The employee who rang up my purchase explained that I couldn't use the coupon with the sale but they did it in a nice, non-condescending way which I really appreciated.

Smaller Belk store, in a mall that is on a ventilator. It's clean, friendly staff, but since they filled Chapter 11 last year they have lost a few product lines. No more Under Armour.. I'm sure there are others gone as well. But it's a nice store regardless.

Wanted to try a sample of some new makeup and the girl at counter ignored me,, turned her back to me, then refused to give me a sample and directed me to Ulta.

Was there Friday evening. Bad employee attitude. Not helpful at all and she didn't care that we needed her help. She did not care that we put our purchase down and left. Unfortunately, after reading some of these reviews, I am not surprised. What she does not realize (or care) is that Belk will go the way of JC Penny and KMart if they don't reat their customers better. I have done much of my shopping at Belk over the years, including lots of Christmas shopping, but won't be back becasue of the treatment recieved Friday night. Now that we have Amazon, well we don't have to put up with rude sales clerks.

I don't shop much in person. I found prices even at the sale level out of my budget. Store is clean and decorated nice but prices, Well just one example. Muscle massage machine was over $300 but on sale 60% off. Mine same size & features except another brand on sale under $30. All items I looked at was same story. Few years ago my most favorite store for all kind of items. I feel with these prices they will disappear like some of the other big named stores.
