10 Best clothing store in Chattanooga, Tennessee (TN) 2024

Interesting place to walk around. Some deals especially the clearance sections.(Mixed varieties of hot teas $1!) I bought some kitchen items, large skillet was my favorite buy. Quality of clothes is similar to Burke or Ross but more expensive at Marshalls. ~Sarah

The tj maxx at Northgate is ok accept I had a few items that I needed to return n the supervisor said it was against store policy but I googled it right in front of her n showed her that it said that do accept those kinds of returns and she said that she didn't want her numbers to be poor for her store so I had to keep very expensive unwanted items because she was worried about the numbers at her store. I told her I didn't understand her decision that it's not like it came out of her paycheck and she more or less told me it was time for me to leave so I did so. I probably won't be shopping there anymore just for the fact that I may get stuck w something that doesn't fit. TJ Maxx at Northgate in hixson and the supervisor really disappointed me. ~Skyler

I'm just glad to see some of these FD stores are still open and in general area. I've noticed a lot of the DG stores are closing... smh..no surprise though. Nothing is the same..Gentrification is new norm 😕 ~Nesie

I have to say that Walmart is definitely stepping up their game when it comes to Keto! They do offer a larger than normal selection of this type of food. It was kind of dirty boxes all over the place. ~M

First time visiting this Belk location. It was very clean and organized. There were a lot of signs advertising sales and telling you to use your store coupons on the belk app. The employee who rang up my purchase explained that I couldn't use the coupon with the sale but they did it in a nice, non-condescending way which I really appreciated. ~Rachel

3 stars not because of staff deficiency but failure to supply stock. A lot of shelves were empty of merchandise. Associates courteous and friendly. ~Gail

I went in to the store last week to find the perfect parka as I prepare to move to Mongolia. Larkin and Victoria went to the back and pulled out every size and style so I could go through them. They helped me find the perfect coat to help me stay warm in the -40 degree winters, and made me feel welcome as I tried these coats in again and again. I also tried on several other warm clothes from the sale rack, and they continuously made sure I was well taken care of, helping me find everything I needed. This was the best customer service experience I have had in years. Great store and great people inside! ~Hannah

I love shopping at LOFT Chattanooga! The ladies make it a very enjoyable experience. It’s one of the few stores that I actually prefer to shop at in-store vs. online. :-) ~Ashley

I visited the store this morning. Great service! I felt so taken care of! I think the main associate who was helping me was named Kara or Karla. She made me feel welcome and helped me find exactly what I was looking for while making my girls feel welcome and happy as well with stickers, etc. This is definitely my go to spot going forward for athletic wear. The quality is great and the staff is amazing! ~Stefanie
