I love shopping at LOFT Chattanooga! The ladies make it a very enjoyable experience. It’s one of the few stores that I actually prefer to shop at in-store vs. online. :-)

After being very ill with Covid for an extended time, my account became delinquent. After 3 months I paid my account. I talked with Ryan and Marta with card services and was assured my account would be available for use on wed. Today. I arrived in the store up to the counter to learn my account was decreased by 800.00. These corporate monsters have zero compassion for humans experiencing illness in this pandemic. Ive spent greater than 2 hours of my time trying to gain understanding why I'm being punished for being sick. I have been a loyal customer for greater than 5 years. Everything in my closet is Ann Taylor. I will never shop there again. Ann Taylor has lost my business and I encourage all of you to dump this capitalist opportunistic parasite of a company. They refuse to relate to the people who have been so loyal. Goodbye Anne Taylor, I hope you go belly up in this pandemic.

I ordered some clothes online from their Black Friday sale. I probably ordered about 10 items and hated all but three of them. I was appalled at how poorly the clothes were made, especially the pants. It was like I ordered from Shein. Plus they don’t offer a free return online, you have to return it to the store or pay for a label.

Staff is very friendly but SUPER SLOW. Was in line behind one woman for 14 minutes (or more because I looked at my watch after it started taking a while). The two/three other associates were trying on scarves and other merchandise around the store instead of opening up another register for the line.

The ladies at this loft are so sweet and helpful. I was in there today and the customer in front of me wasn’t feeling well due to morning sickness and the lady checking her out noticed and helped her to the back to sit down. It was adorable.

The staff here are always so sweet and helpful. I love the randlge of sizes but hate theee aren't more offerings in store for petite and curvy. Carpets needing cleaning in changing room.

I visited this location because I saw that they were carrying plus size clothes. I was very disappointed that they only had a couple of racks that included plus sizes. I hope they expand their plus size soon!
