I hit this McDonald's again today and again it was top notch . I hit delhi ohio McDonald's and it was the worst experience in my 55 years . The order was wrong the manager even argued with people the you get one like this . Wow these young people are amazing and should be sent to train the other stores. Amazing 👏

Let’s talk about this so called restaurant for a minute… I came through the drive-thru yesterday evening to pick up some dinner for my family. After sitting in line for 30 minutes, I was finally able to order. My total was $44 dollars and some change for all the food that I ordered. After waiting another 15 minutes, I finally get to the window to pay. I hand the woman two cards and ask her to please split the payment between the two. This isn’t a hard thing to do as I’ve worked in fast food before and it can be done very easily. The woman took my cards and comes back to the window and says, “I don’t know how to do this.” Her manager NATE comes to the window and ask what the issue is. I explain to him what I need to do and he says, “we can’t do that, only if it’s half cash and half card.” I said, “I have been waiting in line for 45 minutes and you’re telling me that I’m unable to pay with two separate cards?” I dig in my wallet and find another bank card and kindly ask him to try the card. Unfortunately, the transaction didn’t get approved, so he comes back to the window, says, “it didn’t go threw and literally laughs in my face!” Like honestly laughing that my card was declined. I left without my food and drove to another McDonalds that happily used both cards to pay for my order. My point in leaving this comment is that the employees at this restaurant are terrible and they are rude. If you can’t be nice, don’t work in fast food where you’re in contact with people at all times. NATE should be ashamed of himself and in my opinion, he needs to either be fired or demoted to another position other than a manager, because he certainly isn’t respectful or professional. Don’t waste your time going here unless you want to wait in line forever and then be treated like a piece of trash!

Great customer service! David at the pick up window is a really friendly guy who engages well with customers. Food also got to me really quick, i’ll be coming back.

I will say they got the food right here lol I think the guy taking the order mustve been new because I finally gave up on the 3rd attempt and drove to the window where someone with more experience was able to put the order in the way it should be

I called this abomination of a (can you even call it a restaurant????) place and asked if their ice cream machine was working. And they had the audacity to HANG UP. I called them again and they said if I kept calling they would find out who I am!!!! Why would people say that. All I wanted was to know if their ice cream machine was working, like is that offensive??HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE DO NOT RECOMMEND

We haven't been in a fast food restaurant in such a long time. The kiosk for ordering took us a minute to figure out. Ordered fish sandwich and kids meal with a shake. My son & I went on Tuesday, 5/10, around 4:30ish. Food came out fairly quick. My son LOVED the touchscreen tablets they have to play games. The employee who delivered our food, Stephen (minor) was the reason I wanted to post a review. I'm not sure if I should post his name since his nametag said "minor" & I'm hoping I remembered his name correct. All I want to say, in my review, is he delivered our food and was so nice! After our interaction with him, I saw him working at the front counter - learning, working, cleaning, helping people, checking in with team member which I'm assuming was shift leader. So, I want to take a moment to acknowledge his hard work and positive, professional work demeanor and thank him for a nice experience. *I did give 4 stars and not 5 because my fish sandwich was a little chewy/rubbery and fries didn't seem very warm.

It took forever to get my food. The cashier they had working didn't know how to work the till, really? On a busy day you're gonna put a new cashier alone on the till? This location is as consistent as the weather here in southeast Indiana. If you don't like it, wait 15 minutes. I've had great quick service, and I've had to wait 20 minutes in line, and I've had my order totally screwed up, and I've received it perfect and hot and tasty. At the moment there is no open dining room, and I know people are rude in drive-thru to them, so if you're nice, and you have a complaint, they're going to bend over backwards to fix it. I've never had one of the workers or managers rude to me here, though!

Service through the drive thru was quick, friendly & we got our McRib Fix on with some HOT tasty fresh French Frys & Cold Beverages.. and grabbed a few Pimpkin Pies to take home for dessert that were awesome!! Def would recommend.

I just want to say that this was by far the best McDonald’s I have visited in YEARS. We had very friendly service and I let the woman at the drive-through know this. She had such a pleasant attitude that I felt I needed to tell her what a wonderful job she was doing. I never had food that was cooked to perfection like the food we received from this McDonald’s. The hash brown was golden and perfect and not greasy. My mother and my sister was totally amazed at the quality of the biscuits and gravy. Keep up the excellent work. Job well done. If I could give more than five stars I surely would🤗
