I have banked with USB for more than 20 years. Has always been a GREAT place to bank. 5 Stars!
BUT...since COVID started, most branches are closed, and the ONLY drive-thru is the slowest of them all.
Hours have been slashed, and NO Saturday hours.
I understand closing the lobby, but at least bump up the drive thru service. 9-4 M-F, and CLOSED from 12-1. I don't get it....
UPDATE - I am very thankful for USB response. COVID-related issues continue to be frustrating. It is just harder to do business these days. This is just another challenge to overcome by alternative means.
2nd UPDATE (1 month later) - Things continue to improve. Perhaps I had some "COVID-Fatigue". Service is UP...Frustration is DOWN! Thanks USB!
I am just glad I am in a state that has been pretty much open. ~Chris
