I have banked with USB for more than 20 years. Has always been a GREAT place to bank. 5 Stars! BUT...since COVID started, most branches are closed, and the ONLY drive-thru is the slowest of them all. Hours have been slashed, and NO Saturday hours. I understand closing the lobby, but at least bump up the drive thru service. 9-4 M-F, and CLOSED from 12-1. I don't get it.... UPDATE - I am very thankful for USB response. COVID-related issues continue to be frustrating. It is just harder to do business these days. This is just another challenge to overcome by alternative means. 2nd UPDATE (1 month later) - Things continue to improve. Perhaps I had some "COVID-Fatigue". Service is UP...Frustration is DOWN! Thanks USB! I am just glad I am in a state that has been pretty much open.

One drive through lane. Been sitting in line for 45mins only two cars ahead of me. Staff were amazing though.

I called this location cause it was the only one open at the time to get my address on file changed since I just moved the lady was sort of rude about it saying I needed to come in that they can't do it over the phone so I called the help desk 800 number and she helped me with no hesitation and got it taken care of within 5 minutes..

There are three US Banks to choose from if you live in Lawrenceburg, Greendale, or Aurora (because all three towns kind of mesh together to form a sames triplet town). I have gone to all three and gotten pretty decent service but the Lawrenceburg branch here on Walnut street has been the best by far! They are always willing to help you out whenever they possibly can, I know they helped me when I was going through some financial hardship. They are all about customer satisfaction here and this customer is very satisfied!! I would definitely recommend this branch over the other two in the area.
