I’m not a fan of Flagstar by any means. I got my mortgage through them because they had the best rates, and let me say I dread going in to the bank to pay it. First of all the ladies are never in a good mood and just seem rude. & I always get stuck waiting forever just to talk to one of them. Very slow. Go somewhere else!!!

Kate was very helpful in helping us with transferring from one savings account to another which had higher rate of return. She was knowledgeable about all aspects of the process. She also helped us with creating an account for my wife, and getting her a card. We enjoyed the visit.

I've been a customer of Wells Fargo for 17years and other than a few minor bumps I have received wonderful service. Friendly knowledgeable staff at both branches here in Auburn. Wouldn't dream of going anywhere else.

I just opened a new account with Wells Fargo and after a week I am ready to close it. Since I just moved to town (from 500 miles away) and started a new job, I don't have direct deposit set up yet. This past Friday I took my check to the branch and because I had my two-year-old son with me, went to the drive-up teller. I was depositing my payroll check and at no time was I informed that my check would not be immediately available to me. Apparently, you have to make all depsoits before 3 PM for them to even have a chance at being immediately available, otherwise they go through a long "processing" period. I deposited my check at 5:15 on Friday and as of today, Monday at 1 PM, my check is still not available and will not be available until 8 AM Tuesday. I don't know about you, but I like my money to be available immediately, not 5 days later. In addition, the customer service has been horrendous and their go to line is "it's because of the Federal Reserve." For anyone who is questioning that logic, it's not because of the Federal Reserve but because of Wells Fargo policies that our outdated and ridiculous. I worked in banking previously and we always posted and made funds immediately, unless it was an unusually large amount, but especially for payroll checks we always made the funds immediately available. At this point, I don't even know how this banking institution stays in business when there are so many better options in the world.

I have been doing so for close to a year and today was the worst experience I have had so far. I do not bank anywhere and have told all of them numerous times and yet they still hustle me every single time. It feels like bullying to me. I understand they do that with every one but they know who I am and still do it even after I have told them flat out I will never bank there. I went there today to pay the mortage like I always do. I have to get a cash advance off of my husbands debit card. They always ask for my ID and today after I told her I would never bank there she suddenly had a problem with the card. She said I can't do this because your name is not on the card. But she had no problem taking my id with it and even training another employee with it last month. THe staff there is rude and I can't believe the one I dealt with today even still has a job there. She had the nerve to make small talk with me and a fake smile even though she knew I was angry. Ugh I just hate them.
