I love T Mobile. Which is why it was so disappointing to have such a terrible experience at this one. My phone was not charging. I was instructed by the store to go to mytmoclaim.com for the claim. They sent me another phone for $99. Got everything set up only the sim card would not activate. I took my phone in. The lady I talked to 6/25 at 1 pm up in the front told me they no longer service LG phones and said I had to spend another $130 to pay off my phone then purchase a new one. And that I MIGHT be able to get my $99 back from insurance which is incorrect. That is through insurance not T Mobile. She was assuming. I left. Called another TMobile and they told me she was incorrect and not sure where she received her information. Do not go to this store as they are uneducated on their product and try to upsell by lying to the customer that has been there for over 10 years.

Went to this store to replace my wife's iPhone and had a great experience. Worked with Spencer and he was patient, knowledgeable and very helpful. He gave us an overview of the replacement and we told him we wanted to think about it and would be back in the next day. Came in the next day and he remembered us. He helped us pick out a new phone, made sure everything was transferred over and that we knew how the new phone worked. Spencer was outstanding! Also want to point out the excellent teamwork between Spencer and Kevin in making sure our legacy Sprint account was properly handled. It was nice to see how we4ll they worked together. Thanks Kevin. Nico also said hello and was very friendly. Nice to know we are in good hands with T-Mobile and have a store we can count on. Thanks!

The customer service and assistance with our phone transfer was less than desirable. Hour getting help on day one, 20 mins on day 2, not to mention the wait time. Nick, mgr on duty, and the associate we worked with were not clear on what was going on and we needed to make 3 trips in store to get service. After listening to others, 3 previous customers, all were told to come back to get their questions and new service. Why? Why so many trips to get phone service? They didn’t have an issue taking my money and no service still. Maybe we need to rethink this T Mobile service and stay with our original carrier if the 3rd trip does not get us working.

Me and my wife were upset with the bill and we went into the store after many phone calls to 611 to try to solve our problem. Stephanie was the lady that helped us she listened and then made a phone call to customer service for us and was on the phone with them forever but she got our problem solved. Thank you Stephanie you handled everything very professionally and patiently excellent customer service!!!!! We appreciate you!!!

They were super helpful but also kept trying to sell me stuff I didn't want. I know in most cases upselling is required but not to where it gets annoying. Otherwise, they did a great job. Worked very hard to meet my needs. That being said, I have 2 useless lines I'm paying for.

John helped my family and I out and he was so kind! We were trying to switch from AT&T to T-Mobile and he helped us out a ton! I believe that we were there for over 2 hours and was super patient with us. Unfortunately we were not able to switch due to being stuck in a contract with AT&T so we had to cancel our order and return the phones. When my parents went back to return the phones, John was super understanding and helped them out! Super great customer service and hoping that we will be able to get switched over after our contract ends!

Nick is a great asset to this company! We had some technical difficulties so the manager, John S. Assisted with our issues with getting the new phone and watch to pair. Despite our lengthy 3 hour visit, John went above and beyond, was very personable, helped us while also assisting his employees. The store was crowded but John remained calm and professional. We always get great service here and are incredibly happy with our purchase and accessories. I am a Verizon customer but this experience has made me decide to hopefully return as a T-Mobile customer soon. John S gained customers for life. Best customer service! Thanks again!
