Scheduled covid test. Waited in line for 30 minutes. Finally got to front and they said I needed to get in lane 1 for that. The sign said both lanes open. Bad management and just stupidity and wasting my time. No reason they couldn't get my info and give me the materials for the covid test in lane 2 after waiting 30 minutes

Horrible service. Sat in the drive thru for an hour waiting for a Covid test while 4 pharmacy techs did nothing. Terrible.

I understand you guys are being flooded with Covid testing and vaccine calls, but today was completely unacceptable. Called at 2:26pm to sit on hold for over 40 minutes just to simply be hung up on by the hold system Partner calls a little later Same thing Kids, if you can't get to my phone call and the only thing you do is hang up on me when I'm simply trying to figure out if my scripts are ready and how much, then that speaks volumes about what's going on behind closed doors............ I will DEFINITELY make the trip to 39th and Noland now, because I will not be hung up on after being on hold for over 40 freaking minutes............. Get it together! Quickly!

The worst pharmacy experience I have ever had. They are admittedly way behind. They completely ignore auto refills. When you have to call they are rude and dismissive. And you have to call over and over to get anything accomplished. If I were on life sustaining meds, I would likely be dead. They do not care.

Staff here is doing the best than can with what they have been given. No restroom here. Pharmacy and front store staff have had to use a port a potty for a year plus.

Pharmacist was just terrible. Talked down to me, made me feel small and inhuman. Asked him to help me sort out my insurance, he replied I could have my medicine for $500 with a smart-asse attitude. I called and talked to the "manager" Ciera, who told me to call 1800walgreens to make a complaint, then hung up on me. I think these people are mad they are at our little WT Walgreens, oh well. If Ciera doesn't like her job, she needs to find another one.

This will be the last script I fill at any Walgreens. I drop my scripts off at 11am and told they will be ready at 1pm. I return at 1:15pm and told they are not ready. "Can you come back at 2:30?" Not at $3.09 a gallon! But they are not ready. Bad service!!!

TIM.....the pharmacist!!! Thank you so much. Tim took great care of me during a brief crisis for me. I was in Kansas City for a wedding. I packed everything but my medicine, which I left on the kitchen counter, and that i need to take everyday (I could probably skip one day....but, we were in KC for 3 days). My wife suggested I call the nearest walgreens, since my prescriptions are in their system. I did. I was connected to Tim who patiently listened to my story. Then, he found my prescription. Instead of 3, he got me five....for "just in case". The total I was to pay for 5 capsules was not cheap. My insurance doesn't cover my mistakes...lol!!! However, I was more than willing to pay. But, Tim took the time to work out/figure out a much cheaper price for me. When I arrived to pick up the medicine, Tim had everything ready to go for me....no confusion. I regret that they were so busy, I could not properly thank Tim for taking care of me. He was BUSY!!!! The young lady at the counter pointed him out to me, I shouted, "thank you!", he smiled and gave me a thumbs up, and returned to his work. Thank you Tim for taking care of me. You dont know how much it was appreciated.

Packaged dropped off at this store for fedex to pickup. First it was scanned wrong twice showing it had been delivered and now they don’t know where it is and say Fedex must have it but because of their mistake and inability to fix it there is no way to track package which I’m sure to soon be billed 8 or 10 grand and the manager acts like there is nothing they can do. I can pray to our lord and savior that the employees of this store see some karma! Never will any business of mine ever again be given to any Walgreens.

Always very slow check-out lines. There is never more than one clerk at a time as well. The pharmacy was also not too helpful. Not the worst ever, but no great.
