Reality
Honestly, Aldis has really stepped up their game since I was a kid. They're much cleaner, have better products and better variety now than they did then. It's one of those rare occasions where a company got better over time, rather than worse. We do most of our shopping there now.

I am a huge fan of Aldi…as a whole. But this round, there was a WHOLE lot of …? Shortages? I remember at other locations… frozen juice concentrate, seeing a larger selection not JUST OJ. Not 12 variations, but at least grape, … maybe others? There where several items like that. Fewer or no options. So I went w/ 4 instead of 5. Granted this could just be a “sign of the times” all the same it was disappointing. The store was inside/out clean, staff was super friendly… etc. I’ll definitely shop that location again and others..still.

If you want to get the best name brand prices for your money and fresh produce great selections of multiple things management is on key cashier's are practically the same as the management because they're great 👍

I made an order online and went to pick it up curbside at the store. I never got out of my car I just signed in to the website when I pulled up. They were out to my car within minutes. The items were packed accordingly to the temperature and all the items ordered were there when I got home and put stuff away. Very convenient! Good job!

This store replaced our old Aldi store that close down a couple years ago. It's bigger. Got better parking and I am surprised of how much organic food they have. I started eating cleaner and they have a lot of what I need. I like their snacks too. I think they're better than hostess and other brands. I think they use better chocolate and ingredients

Aldi has a limited selection, unlike big box stores like Wally world, but they make up for it in a few ways: 1. They are soooo much cleaner 2. Everything is of a good quality 3. Their prices aren't too bad on the wallet

Well stocked, clean & organized. The most customer service oriented, friendly & helpful cashiers at this location (40 Hwy/ West of Sterling)!! Love all the wonderful prices, discounts & savings at this Aldi's plus you can find name brand, popular labels that are reasonably priced at this location too.

It’s strange. Aldis seems to be this McDonald’s of consistency when it comes to stores, products, and setup. Prices are decent and I don’t even mind buying the bags. The people are pleasant and hard working and they have done a reasonable job keeping the shelves stocked during Covid. But…. What I abhor is the Target store level of disrespecting/disregarding customers time by not opening a second line…. Even when there are eight full carts in line. No one came up to help and a ten minute visit turned into almost forty. If I’d known that I’d just rather just pay a bit more and go to hy-vee. Ridiculous honestly.

I love Aldi, the new stores are bright and clean plus they have the best prices by far. The produce is fresh, they have a nice selection of seafood, chicken and beef. This location also sells wine and beer with bottles starting at 2.95

This Aldi location is in a newly built building. Staff is always friendly. Food selection is great for staple and everyday items. All their handicap parking is so far from the door, it's not in any way, shape or form convenient if you are handicap. It is easier on my 84 yo mother to drop her at the door, have her wait while I park than it is to park in the handicap spots and help her walk to the door. There are 14 non-handicap spots immediately across from the front door on the far east side of the building, about 30 feet from the door, while all the handicap spots are at the far west end of the building at least 60 feet from the door. I'll post pics after my next visit.
