My last several prescriptions have DEFINITELY not been readied in a timely manner. The latest is an example: Saw the doctor mid-afternoon on Monday and an order was placed for a tube of medicine to heal a wound. This is Wednesday and the pharmacy still hasn't had a chance to "prepare" the 'script. Count to ONE, slap on a label, you're done, right? Why the delay? Again. The last prescription was equally complicated: count to One. I am not a happy customer. I do understand I'm not the only person waiting for a prescription, but 2+ days?! Does Walgreens in general, or this store in particular, need to get extra help hired? Or authorize overtime?

I have used Walgreens for my prescriptions for over 20 years. Since I moved to this area I switched to this location. Dissapointing is an understatement. Every time I come to pick up my medication there is a problem, and it's never their fault. I've even contacted corporate, but nothing has changed. They just cannot get their act together. Do youself a favor and use the one on 23rd and Lee's Summit. I used them for five years prior to making the mistake to switch to this location. I'm so put off by this store that I will most likely try an alltogether different company. Store staff is great though, and the store is nice and clean, and well stocked.

If I could leave a zero I would. Was on hold for 20 god damned minutes!!!! Can’t even get a store associate on the phone. Zero integrity for this store straight trash

Love the staff here. Photo lady is always super helpful, cashiers super nice, and pharmacy techs and people are always stellar. Sometimes they are low on staff, but they work their butt off and always treat me well.

Won’t go back to this pharmacy. I personally dropped off my prescription, they told me it would take 25 mins. I left and came back 2 hours later. They said “they had just received the prescription” and would take another 15 mins. Gave them another 30 mins and it was finally ready to pick up. I talked to 3 different people each time and it seemed like none of them wanted to be there doing their job

Don’t go through their pharmacy at 1:50 I was told 30 minute wait I came back at 3:20 and they told me that I had to give them 10 more minutes to get my prescriptions. In the drive-through the person told me to loop back around because they had people in the line though I had waited for the medication for a whole hour never going back to Walgreens advise everybody to do the same.

Great store, great people. Just wish photo prints would be ready when they say. Print quite a few larger prints and always seem to have to ask them to have to print. I know first world problem, right. But time is important.

Pharmacy drive-thru is awful. Couple weeks ago didn’t want to take my crying baby inside with a double ear infection, waited in line for 30+ minutes. Today I’m waiting for 20+ minutes for bronchitis meds with 1 car in front of me. Ridiculous.

The staff is always friendly. The only downside is that the pharmacy hours suck and there are never any black/African American faces that work here. I have been going to this Walgreens for 4 years and have only seen one black person working here. Strange. I think that since this area is multicultural, so should the places we shop.
