5 Best cell phone store in Independence, Missouri (MO) 2024

Last year someone at this store took advantage of my grandma because she paid in cash and is foreign. After months of paying her bill in person t-mobile told her she hasn’t been paying. It turns out someone from this store has been pocketing the cash and not putting it towards her bill. My grandma has since moved out of state to be with us and we got her a new phone with Verizon since t-mobile will not take responsibility and drop the charges. ~Sachelle

Went to this store to replace my wife's iPhone and had a great experience. Worked with Spencer and he was patient, knowledgeable and very helpful. He gave us an overview of the replacement and we told him we wanted to think about it and would be back in the next day. Came in the next day and he remembered us. He helped us pick out a new phone, made sure everything was transferred over and that we knew how the new phone worked. Spencer was outstanding! Also want to point out the excellent teamwork between Spencer and Kevin in making sure our legacy Sprint account was properly handled. It was nice to see how we4ll they worked together. Thanks Kevin. My son's I-phone would not charge. I brought it in to see if they could fix it. They cleaned out the lint in the charging port area and did a couple of other things and voila, it was charging again. The nice thing was that he didn't even charge me. Very nice and I would definitely recommend this place. ~Michelle

I would give this store 0 stars. Sedona messed up my daughter's phone and wasn't the least bit interested in fixing it. The manager seems to be the only one that knows how to fix anything, but he jumps between customers instead of fixing one problem at a time. We were there for over 2 hours and left with a brick. We went back to our old carrier. Run away from the Boost mobile on Noland Road in Independence, Missouri. Seriously, don't go there... ~Anne
