My son's I-phone would not charge. I brought it in to see if they could fix it. They cleaned out the lint in the charging port area and did a couple of other things and voila, it was charging again. The nice thing was that he didn't even charge me. Very nice and I would definitely recommend this place.

First time needing this service and I was impressed. Had a insurance claim for my cell phone. I was quoted 2-3 hours for repair and it was completed in only 1 hour! Staff was friendly and so far, no issues with the repair. The whole process from making an insurance claim to completion of the work was quick and clear.

I had an issue with my battery in my Pixel 4XL that was a manufacturer issue that Google would pay for, but in order to fix it, they had to replace a broken back glass which would be an out of pocket repair. After a lengthy repair and now with a completely repaired phone, the guy told me that they would actually just end up covering the entire repair for no cost to me whatsoever. Not only the best interaction with a phone repair shop I've had, but probably the best interaction I've ever had with any business, and I would absolutely rate more than 5 stars if I could.

Overall good place but I would absolutely not recommend using their non-apple screens for Apple devices/-even if they are Apple approved. Overall the typing is weird, true black is gone, it cracked after one drop in the case (on carpet), and now it has a white stripe on the side. Just shell out the extra $30 and get the apple screen. What would have been a $360 replacement is now gonna be $700.

Excellent customer service! These guys are knowledgeable and I appreciate them explaining things in a way this not so techy gal can understand. Thanks for explaining my home plus service, it's been a life saver especially on my pockets 🤭 Gotta give it up to these guys, in the retail world ppl aren't so friendly and thankfully Daniel keeps the humor going and really makes it a pleasant atmosphere also to the manager Nathan, I always appreciate his expertise 😉

While I appreciate the service provided, I don't appreciate being lied to. Had an appointment 6/23 and they said they didn't have the part but it would be there in a day or 2 and would call me. 8 days pass, no call, so I call again. He stated they didn't have them and would not have them until 7/5 at the earliest due to holiday. Less than an hour later I get a text and an email stating they are ready to being the work. Guess they had the part after all. Took it in the next morning at 10 when they opened. Said it would be done at 1. At 2 I had not heard back so I called. Instead of putting me on hold while she spoke with the tech, she simply held the phone and I was able to hear everything. She asked him how it was going, he said he was waiting for me to being the phone in. She said It was already there and that I brought it in before he had gotten there. He said he hadn't started it. She said I was on the phone calling about it. He said 2 hours. She said can you do it that quickly. He said yes. She comes back to the phone and says "He's removed the screen protector and started the testing but there is a bit more to do and it should be done by 4."" Blatant lies. If you haven't started the work, just say we haven't started the work. And maybe learn how to put customers on hold so they won't know the truth when you are getting ready to lie to them.

My husband's phone would no longer charge. Took it to be repaired. Ended up the charging port just needed a good cleaning. They cleaned the port and now the phone charges great. Went for the simple solution first. Would go again for any repairs.

42 years old and disabled vet. Never had police called on me one time in my life until I wanted my screen crack fixed which I paid for. They said they refused to do it because my camera was broken. One has nothing to do with the other, but I digress. I refused to leave until they fixed it because I had already paid and wouldn't give my money back. They called the cops even though I said just let me call their headquarters. They then said we will remove you if you don't leave. I remained calm the whole time and never raised my voice. The manager escalated the situation and called the police even though I had made no threats the only threat was them threatening to physically remove me and I said try it. Horrible management and company. Why take money if you can't fix or refund.

Today I went to the store to fix my Google 6 Pro, given that Google partners with uBreakiFix and my digitizer went bad. These folks fixed my phone in under 2 hours. I tried to tip them and they wouldn't even accept my tip. I guess I can only express my satisfaction via this review. Definitely fast, professional, and a job well done!

My grandmother and great grandmother came in with a galaxy 4, and needing to transfer my great grandmother’s contacts and photos before the phone retired. They were so helpful, kind and thorough. Images and contacts were transferred same day. They would highly recommend this business based on their experience. (I am leaving a review on their behalf because my grandmother forgot her Google account login).
