We were in the pharmacy drive through during the business hours and they decided they wanted to close early this evening, rather than their site that indicates they are opened until 10. When we walked in to see if they were still open, 2 people came running from the pharmacy area with their drawers. It's disgusting.

The hours are not accurate. I drove here from a little bit away bc online it says this store should be open when it's clearly not. Also, the hours on the stores outside wall say they should be open now too. Clearly a lack of care for the customer because I am not the only one with this issue.

The facility hasn’t been professionally cleaned for years! Super dirty floors, finger prints on the doors, greedy door handles, shelves are a bit dusty. I guess they didn’t follow cleaning protocol during the pandemic nor learned their lesson to clean now.

Just drove an hour to pick up my medication here and I am leaving to go out of town tomorrow. Apparently they close at 5 on Saturdays. I am a individual with a multitude of health problems and I need my medication. I politely asked if there was any way possible someone could just get my one medication for me which is already filled. But they wouldn't do it. Now I have no medicine and wasted an hour trip each way and gas. Utterly disgusted. I've been coming here for years and years. Purposely keeping this CVS because they have always been good to me but I will never forget this. The worst part is it was just a little bit after 5 and the full staff was still in the pharmacy.

The personal let the phones ring I witness this and also had that experience.I understand that you are busy but you don’t ignore the phones people have questions or are trying to fill there medication, If you don’t want to work then quit let someone who truly cares and has the passion to actually take care of the public and aren’t just in It for the money this pharmacy and CVS has gone down the drain I will be switching to Walgreens and let everyone I know how you treat the people in the community word of mouth is worst then any other complaints if I had a choice to give them 0 stars I will I am actually on hold right know for 30 mins and my wife drove there Dam shame.They for one of my pain meds and I just had surgery today.

Good prices. Good phone notification system when refills are ready. However, long wait times, especially on the phone. Almost impossible to talk to a live person on the phone if you have a question about your medication. Plan to be on hold at least 30-45 min. before you talk to a live person. Staff is NOT friendly, and quite abrupt and dismissive if you ask them any question regarding your meds or insurance billing. Can't imagine using this pharmacy if I had a sick child and had questions about a medication. But my kids are grown, and the prices are very low.

I just want to shout out the staff who are trying so hard. I can tell they were understaffed and customers were losing their patience. It was around 130 on a Monday and they had vendors coming in, techs in to fix stuff, a broken photo printer and a long line. Please be patient everyone, only kindness will make your day better. Thanks for your patience with me and may your days be brighter!

Went to nite to shop 75%0ff holiday. A lot of items not marked down but in. The aisle. Stocking stuffs full price? Girl working said yeah its all messed up. Really? Manager should've spoken to to see what is going on.

I used to go to Sam's club where I absolutely loved it but had to change due to insurance. Hate is not strong enough a word for how much I despise going there. They won't fill your medication until the exact day even if it is not convenient for the customer.

Pharmacy is always WAY TOO BUSY! Also, I think it’s pretty silly that they close the Pharmacy at 8 on Saturday and 6 on Sunday then every other night they close at 10. Consistency would be nice. I’ll be switching Pharmacies to a non CVS entity.
