Well if you make the mistake of leaving an item in the truck after dropping it off, say, I don't know, an impact drill or any other number of items that you bought yourself to help you move, the people that work at this store seem to think it's ok to steal your impact and lie to you about finding it in the truck. Yes, you sign a contract stating that they're not responsible for items left in the truck. But last time I checked, it's a human that inspects the truck, and not a contract. I'd highly recommend using a moving service that doesn't hire dishonest thieves, which there are thankfully plenty of in this town.

I was in a real bind and Mr. Mike behind the counter was so helpful with accomating me to what I needed. He explained everything thoroughly and made sure I got the best deal possible. He also jumped off my car when my battery died in the parking lot which allowed me to get to Autozone for a replacement. I say, he is good people! Highly recommend.
