HALF way decent... The sides were right.. but the bucket of chicken was completely wrong. I asked for legs and thighs. they gave me wings and breasts. They said they would fix it, but then wouldn't answer the phone, just left me on hold for over 11 minutes until I hung up.. thanks KFC!!

The chicken is overpriced ( $2/piece) , the pieces were small and the breading was soggy. Churches has bigger pieces and cheaper per piece. I will not return

The service was extremely slow drive-thru was very backed up but the food was delicious after I received it.

The food wasn’t good at all. The chicken looked really weird and had a gray spot on a piece. They are supposed to be popcorn chicken. The mashed potatoes and macaroni looked like they’d been sitting out for awhile like they were old. I wouldn’t recommend this KFC unfortunately and I definitely won’t be back.😐

The cashier completely messed up my order and then caught an attitude when I tried letting her know. She got mad because I ordered my drinks with no ice and got a drink wrong. I don't understand and hopefully someone can help me on this one but if someone doesn't like their job why don't they just quit and find something else instead of being rude?

Went through the drive through for lunch today and was very fast. The lady at the window was very sweet and right on her game. Food was delicious and hot. Thanks!

The food was horrible. The woman that took my order hated every human being on Earth. Especially me. The chicken was horrible. It was dry as the desert and Nickelback tasted like cardboard. I will never visit this KFC again, and I suggest that you don't either.

I have never been more humiliated before. I drive a big rig. I had no trailer today but it's still too large for a drive thru. Signs on the door read mobile order entry only. So I download the app, order and pay. My conformation came so I went around to the pick up area and went inside. Mask on. The girl tells me I will have to go thru the drive thru. I explain why I can't do that. She said I had to go stand in line with the cars regardless of what the signs say. Because I can't get my money back either I go stand behind 6 cars and when I get up to the window she asks me to move so she can wait on the truck behind. They thought that was really funny. I finally got my food. I will never go to that KFC again. They treated me bad. Putting a bag on the counter has less contact than the window. I think they did it because I'm a white women driving a big truck. They forget we bring everything they own to them.

Nicest lady I’ve ever met working the drive thru. Gave me life advice on the spot. To top it off, the chicken I ordered was the highest quality I’ve ever had from a KFC.

Food's good, bit when you go through the drive through to order your food you have to wait for a long time to be served & some times when you get your order something or the other is missing.
