Bought a Lexus SC400 from this dealer about a year ago. The salesman was easy to work with and for the most part the listing was truthful. However, there was one glaring problem with the whole thing: C/E light. Running an OBDII scan on a vehicle is one of the simplest things you can do when inspecting a vehicle, and somehow they failed to do that or were hoping I wouldn't. Upon receiving the car and performing the first service on it, I discovered the the C/E light was on, but the bulb was burnt out. The car had code P0420, and I discovered that the bank 2 catalytic converter was clogged and destroyed. This, of course, made the vehicle illegal to drive without purchasing an OEM part for roughly $1300. I understand that you get what you get with a used car, but selling a car that fails an emmisions tests and is illegal to drive is just unacceptable. The staff were very friendly throughout the whole process (although it did take them a few months and multiple phone calls for me to finally receive the title to the vehicle) and the vehicle was in excellent condition as described, so I don't have anything to say there. But I can't leave a good review when I receive a vehicle that fails the absolute bare minimum, being street legal.

We had a great time doing an interview about my drag racing history. I didn't have a clue that it was an hour and a half.

I recently brought in my 72 Stingray for some repair work (water pump, carburetor, other basic repair/maintenance) and cannot say enough about the staff. It was apparent that they love the work that they do and care about results. When I picked up my car the transformation was absolutely amazing...it felt like a different vehicle altogether! This Stingray has been in my family since it was new and I am the third generation owner of this car, so it's not only important to me from a collectable standpoint, but it also has a story. The staff at Art & Speed seemed genuinely interested in the car's history and went to great lengths to service the 'Vette with the utmost care and skill. I was initially worried that service on a 50 year old sports car would be ludicrously high, but was very pleasantly surprised at the parts and labor cost. I can honestly say that I will never take my car anywhere else. Thank you to the entire Art & Speed team!

:update: how nice of you to respond to me. How about corresponding with an actual customer below. I personally know Mr Ferguson he is a respectable person and has a few classic cars that receive top notch care and maintenance. He doesn't purchase cars to beat on them like dogs. I know he tried driving the car to a few car shows and had issues since the first time he turned the key. He was sold a clapped out and used pig with lipstick smeared on it. You all knew what you were selling. But did it anyway. My outside perspective he was sold a piece of junk.

There has been a lack of communication. The owner called me December 1st, hopefully we can work this deal out. Well short story I have waited 60 days to get this deal took care of concerning an AC Cobra that I won off eBay through Kevin Caffman company's consignment. I'll start with all the problems I have found wrong with the car when I received it, fuel gauge doesn't work stuck of course running out of fuel 20 mi down the road will let you know this real quick, red light on in the dash emergency brake cables are froze emergency brake is non-operative, All header bolts are loose in the engine and three are missing, all rubber bushings attached to coilover shocks and upper and lower control arms are shot dry rotted and hanging out, (have pictures). The dealership installed two brand new tires on the car before it was shipped to me somebody should have seen this if they were as qualified as their website states about cars., Thought I was having a brake stopping problem, pulled the wheels when I seen the rear suspension, could not find anything wrong with the brakes but knew I was having a problem, after putting approximately 50 miles on the car the water valve to the heater core rusted off the intake and caused antifreeze to pour everywhere, then after fixing this around 200 miles the engine was pushing out antifreeze with such a force of a small spray due to head gasket leaking, that it was traveling down the right hand underside of the car through the brakes, now you have a brake problem, car is very unsafe to drive and the engine needs to be rebuilt, it took me until December to get the title to the car even though it was purchased in September because it was left laying on the owner's desk, no communication after the car was purchased until the owner called me December the 1st. He stated miscommunication, that he would get to the bottom of this and here we are 60 days no communication just like last time. Three people were involved in this transaction the person selling the car the dealership selling it on consignment and the person purchasing the car can it be that hard to find out what happened. I have all pictures and documentation of everything I have told and shown him. Messages that were sent back and forth prior to the sale of the car stating the car had not been driven much but he states that it was drove a lot. Well if anybody knows about old cars and engines when you start putting Heat back in something that hasn't had heat for a long time you start running into problems severe rust settling corrosion inside the engine.I had informed the salesman that I thought about flying down and driving the car home eight and a half hours, he said that would be a long drive in such a small sporty car but no problem. I feel like all I bought was the picture of a car mechanically it needs a lot of work, took the heads off to a machine shop to have him checked all the valves are shot quite a bit of money to fix the heads and replace all the valves in them, the machine shop stated he could not believe it didn't blow up. 427FE very valuable engine to repair or replace. He States the car has been overrevved, it has MSD ignition on it with the chip set at 5,500 RPMs. I have all documentation pictures of everything, he states the car did not leave his dealership in this shape.

I reached out about 3-4 weeks ago. Got speedy responses at first. Was told they had multiple pre 1970 mustangs and they will send me pictures once they are ready. I am asked a good time to come down and check them out.. Now being ghosted like in a crazy ex. I guess they don't want my money.

I consigned my 1969 Blue Convertible Ford Mustang to this group in May of this year. Within 6 weeks they had detailed it, taken quality photos and had a great offer waiting for me. I could not have asked for more! Very nice staff and quality service.
