It is my first time buying a car and was intimidated by the thought of where to start. Messaged Joe about one of the cars on their website and was immediately felt comfortable, they showed a video of the car and also the inside, before we even made an appointment. It was even better in person, it was a very relaxed and comfortable environment, the car had in great condition and they even gave us water bottles because it was a hot day. Highly recommend doing business here, the car is amazing, and the people make it even better!

Blake helped make my dream car a reality! I have always wanted a Mustang! I fell in love with this one online. When we got to Redmond Ford I wasn’t sure how to go about getting the car. Then Blake came out of the showroom to help he had great customer service and was down to earth. He was extremely nice, easy going and didn’t try to force a sale like most salesman which made the whole process simple and enjoyable! I will recommend him to everyone I know! On a side note everyone I came across that day were super friendly and made you feel welcomed!

I was in need of a new truck and found this 2011 Ram for sale for a good fair price. The salesman I worked with, Sam, was impeccably kind and amazing to work with. He was super understanding of me being limited with my time and did all the leg work getting me set up for pre-approval before I even showed up for the test drive. Also the finance lady, Michelle was a joy to work with. She found me a great rate and got my payment right where I wanted it. I have not been to a dealer that treated me this well and helped me this nicely in over 15 years. I can't recommend these guys enough. If all that doesn't convince you, I was in and out in a hour and a half from test drive to driving off the lot. THAT is what buying a car should feel like. No pressure. Facts up front, and even getting congratulated as you shake every person's hand in the dealership.

I got my Ford Explorer ST there and I absolutely love it! Anthony and Mike helped me get into it and Charlie and Brian were there to help things go quickly! Love the atmosphere of that place and all the salesman. Seen a jeep that I also liked. May have to go see them again soon!

I just bought a 2022 white ram from this dealership… they are the best in the business especially the salesman mike that I dealt with. I was never pressured into buying anything that I didn’t want and him and manager Charlie took the time to get me into a vehicle that is exactly what I want and needed. They also took the time to get me the best deal for it too. It was a pleasure working with mike and Charlie if I ever need a vehicle, I will always come back to them for the rest of my life… if your interested in getting a brand new vehicle or used one this is the only dealership to come to, just make sure you ask for mike!!!!

I had a wonderful experience at this dealer! After inquiring online as to the status of a car, the manager, Charlie, called me and offered to send me a video walkthrough of the car. Just a few minutes later, I received a personalized and thorough video of the car from one of the salesmen, Jason. I headed up to the dealer and had an easy and pleasant experience. Jason was never pushy, just friendly and helpful! The finance guy, Tyler, also made everything very easy. Start to finish it took about 2.5 hours and now I’m driving home in my new car. Couldn’t recommend these guys more!

Awesome experience. Daniel and Charlie are the best. All in all these guys are killing it. Everyone was so friendly, energetic, good vibes all around and I will definitely return for my next vehicle. Everyone here truly cares for all of their customers and wants everyone to have a great experience An issue arose with our pre approved loan but in a good faith agreement with Charlie we brought our truck home on Saturday evening. On the way home we noticed a headlight out but Daniel has ordered a replacement. I definitely give them 5 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ rating!!
