This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. When I called to check the availability of the vehicle I saw online, Anna assured me it was there, as well as in two other phone calls before I drove to the dealership. She was very friendly and accommodating, meeting me at the door when I arrived, since she was expecting me. Throughout the process there was no pressure from her or the sales manager to encourage me to look at something different, etc, since they knew I wanted a specific exterior and interior color, and that vehicle had them both. The finance manager was also very friendly and accommodating, explaining what I was getting and additional options I had for coverage. All-in-all, the entire staff was also very professional, while also being very friendly, making the whole experience as enjoyable as it could be. I would highly recommend this dealership for it’s vehicle selection, pricing, friendliness and professionalism.

I traveled from Louisiana to Tennessee to pick up my new truck '22 Denali 3500" that I have been looking for for a while I've called every dealership Under the Sun and nobody had one available and all of them told me 6 to 7 month wait if I was lucky. Went in for my first complimentary oil change and tire rotation, tires were not rotated. Also while in the waiting room with my 3yr old son there was an employee being very loud & using profanity. Probably won’t be receiving anymore of my business.

I came in for Oil change and tire rotation. Service rep was very nice and helpful. I arrived 30 min before my scheduled appointment and they serviced my vehicle right away.

I had 2 prior bad experiences with this dealership, then was told this time that if I dropped my truck off that I should get it back same day. I received a call the next day at about 10AM saying that they had assessed the issue and that it would be ready that afternoon. I had also brought this vehicle in prior to the manufacturer warrantee running out but couldn’t negotiate a loaner or rental in order to leave it the initial 3-4 days that I was told the first time around, so when I brought it back I was over the 36000 mile manufacturer warrantee and was charged $400 for that which would have likely been covered prior.
