This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. When I called to check the availability of the vehicle I saw online, Anna assured me it was there, as well as in two other phone calls before I drove to the dealership. She was very friendly and accommodating, meeting me at the door when I arrived, since she was expecting me. Throughout the process there was no pressure from her or the sales manager to encourage me to look at something different, etc, since they knew I wanted a specific exterior and interior color, and that vehicle had them both. The finance manager was also very friendly and accommodating, explaining what I was getting and additional options I had for coverage. All-in-all, the entire staff was also very professional, while also being very friendly, making the whole experience as enjoyable as it could be.
