This trip a couple of my meatballs on my sandwich were scorched on one side causing hard, dark burnt tasting areas. I guess employees had not been stirring them at regular intervals throughout the morning or over cooked them. Also, about 2 inches of my sub on one end was completely void of any meatballs as well as marinara sauce. Therefore, my 12 inch sub was a 10 inch sub this time. There was no ice in their drink machine. Plus, they rarely have any of the common cookie flavors when u come in. The last five times I ate here they only had the macadamia nut cookies with raspberry (or whatever fruit it is). I have never seen sugar cookies here at all (which are my favorite)!! There will be two whole rolls of the cookies I mentioned before... Then the other rows will usually be completely empty (sometimes I catch 1 or 2 peanut butter or chocolate chip cookies in the case but it's rare). IF YOU CAN'T TELL I AM A PRETTY REGULAR CUSTOMER HERE. LOL ~Ashley

Omg drove 40 minutes to taste the food and I was so happy that burger was so dang on juicy and big and the loaded fries I had were so awesome I'm glad I made the trip to check them out and will be back to try out more menu items first place I been to in a long time that has a wide range of food to sale the customer service was over the top and so friendly they made me feel so comfortable I wish I knew the ladies names who help me out while I was trying to order... The wait for my food wasn't long it is what it should be expected for fresh hot food thanks to everyone who work yesterday I really enjoyed myself ~Trina

Mrs. Betty, the cashier, is very well mannered... However, she is slow as a snail and always has a line six ppl long. Plus, she mixes up people's gas pump numbers all the time causing ppl to cancel their gas out and start all over. Plus, she gave a man back incorrect change out of a hundred dollar bill when he bought $40 in gas(which is a common mistake I guess... But took an we extra 20 mins this time because she had to count her register cash four times to correct her mistake). Basically she is just too old and slow for the job... Which I never ever would say unless absolutely necessary!!! ~Ashley

This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. When I called to check the availability of the vehicle I saw online, Anna assured me it was there, as well as in two other phone calls before I drove to the dealership. She was very friendly and accommodating, meeting me at the door when I arrived, since she was expecting me. Throughout the process there was no pressure from her or the sales manager to encourage me to look at something different, etc, since they knew I wanted a specific exterior and interior color, and that vehicle had them both. The finance manager was also very friendly and accommodating, explaining what I was getting and additional options I had for coverage. All-in-all, the entire staff was also very professional, while also being very friendly, making the whole experience as enjoyable as it could be. I would highly recommend this dealership for it’s vehicle selection, pricing, friendliness and professionalism. ~Brenda
