It is my first time buying a car and was intimidated by the thought of where to start. Messaged Joe about one of the cars on their website and was immediately felt comfortable, they showed a video of the car and also the inside, before we even made an appointment. It was even better in person, it was a very relaxed and comfortable environment, the car had in great condition and they even gave us water bottles because it was a hot day.
