I've tried to reach the pharmacy for 3 days. No one will answer the phone. Corporate said they would contact them and have them call me asap. I've heard nothing. This is ridiculous.

Worst customer service in the pharmacy department. Absolutely no regard for patient communication. When I asked why they didn't notify me or my doctor about my refills for my diabetes medication I was told that they weren't that sophisticated yet. This has continually been an ongoing issue every single month for the last 4 months.

Terrible waited 25 minutes in the pharmacy drive thru. There was only one car in front of me . The staff waited 20 minutes send out the drawer to the customer in front of me. Oh and they didn't do that until I called. The staff told me they were doing covid testing and paperwork and they will get to me asap and hung up on me . I called back and got the manager which of course he said they experience phone issues when I told him I was hung up on 😏. He told me the drive thru is not supposed to be fast and a car in front of me could have 5 people testing for covid. Pharmacy drive thru's are for drop off and pickup either get your second lane fixed or find a different way to do . Horrible!!!!

A kids toy puzzle was ringing up wrong at the register. Manager kody Hampton went to the aisle and grabbed a random tag that clearly said another toys name & was obviously not the right one and told me I had the wrong price. Luckily I had a photo of the correct tag and offered to show him my photo and to walk him over to the RIGHT tag with the same puzzles next to it. He refused and got angry with me and told me that he doesn’t have to honor whatever the price said on the aisle if it doesn’t ring up correctly. 😑Then said “I’ll just GIVE it to you at 1.99”. (Rude & irritated) He’s ridiculous and doesn’t like to be wrong. Shouldn’t be in customer service let alone be a manager. Yikes The other workers are GREAT btw. It’s just him.

I hope the employees at the pharmacy see this. Get a different job if you can’t do the one you are paid to do. Awful. Called three times and they hung up on me each time after leaving me on hold. Didn’t even get a chance to talk to anyone.

If I was allowed to give this - stars I would. By far the worst pharmacy I have ever had to deal with. They messed up my medication saying they filled the one I called about and they didn’t. Filled a different one. I called three times to get the right one filled, while being hung up on twice. I had scripts called in and they said they never got it when I know it was on their answering machine. When you tell them that they give you attitude. This has happened MULTIPLE times. Switching all my scripts to a different pharmacy.

Pharmacy specifically - my doctor sent over a script twice and they still couldn't find it. They kept telling me to wait and sometimes it takes a while and that it was probably the fault of the doctors office. Eventually they closed, so I had my doctors office send the prescription across the street to CVS, and they had my meds ready for me to pick up in 30 min. Clearly not the fault of the doctor... Also was on hold for almost 30 min there trying to reach someone. Would not recommend.

Called and asked a simple question and the pharmacist decided she wanted to give me attitude instead. 9:16 AM on 4/12. Such professionals! Hope she gets fired cause it isn’t the first time. Train better. She makes you deserving of all these bad reviews, I bet.

The pharmacy staff at this location is awful. They will not answer the phone and speak, they will however answer it long enough to put you back on hold and leave you on hold for over 20 minutes. However, if you go to to the pharmacy there are plenty of staff there, but they are busy talking to one another and joking around while one person runs the register and the rest are standing and talking. Be prepared for a long wait if you have your prescriptions sent here. Take my advice and go elsewhere.

This Walgreens is horrendous! I have never dealt with someone as rude as the woman in the drive-thru. She was dismissive, condescending, rude and even rolled her eyes at me. She pretty much rushed me off the drive-thru because she was tired of waiting for her billing person to provide an authorization for my son. She even felt the need to raise her voice at me when I called her out for her rude behavior. Do these people understand that they’re in the business of serving people? You cannot rush me of a drive thru without instructions and expect me to be okay with that behavior. As I type this, I am on hold waiting for them to tell me when I can get my medicine because Queen of Sheba at the drive thru couldn’t be bothered. So rude!!!!
