How rude can one be when talking to a member on the phone and giving them information they should not follow as if you know them personally, I had a very unpleasant experience with a young lady here I'm with Wellcare and she told me member to ignore me and to not listen when she has a refill now I get it her refill may not be due but that's nothing to tell her we are her lively hood just as much as you are. She then went off on me and said we never call about the right prescriptions along with other comments and hung up all while the member was on the line how unprofessional and just down right rude...you are at your job I suggest since you are in customer service you quit because had this happened in person I would have took up for my member at all cost she didn't deserve that disrespect. I will be reaching out to the Manager I'm not even in the area and my blood is boiling.

The woman who works here is extremely rude. My fiancé tried to get a prescription filled that was sent from an online doctor. The woman was horribly rude to her, and as unpleasant and unhelpful as she could be. She finally told her that a law was passed stating that they can’t fill online prescriptions in florida. It wouldn’t be a problem but her attitude was so nasty that she needs to understand you can’t treat your customers like that and expect people not to return the favor. The pharmacy might be great but with people like her representing them, I will never recommend anyone to use this pharmacy. Johnson’s Pharmacy is very close and has far better customer service where they actually want to help their customers and provide a quality pharmacy service. Use Johnson’s, not A Plus.

I have been going to David since he was a young man his service has always been GREAT he really cares about his surrounding community. His staff are friendly and your greeted at the door and offered help to get to your car if needed. I've been going to him for about 28 years now and hope for many more. Thanks Dianne Melson🌻

Worst pharmacy ive ever used in my 30years. Pharmacist was rude. Had me waiting. An knew I was waiting outside. I even called 10min before close an she said she would have it ready. Then locks the door. I would bot recommend this $hit hole to anyone actually needing there meds. Because this lady is horrible an service is trash.

Overcharging for medications then complaining that Medicaid "isn't paying enough" and "they're losing money" forcing people to pay cash they don't have because they absolutely need the medication. Here's a solution.... don't accept Medicaid because they don't put up with price gouging bull$h!t.

I interned here for about 6 weeks and imy time there was amazing. I learned a lot from the three ladies that work there aswell as David and Gene the pharmacists. I remember one day we filled over 300 prescriptions the day before. These ladies work hard and it shows. Thanks for the opportunity to work with yall.

I call ahead of time to make sure they have the prescription ready. Drive 30 mins to get there for them to tell me that they do not carry it in stock. This is not the first or second time this has happened to me but I bet you it won't happen again!!!!!!
