wasted almost 40$ on wings and cheese sticks just to find a hair in my wings. tried calling up there and no answer. Now i am hungry and my break is over🙄 not happy at all

New meat lovers melt was really good. Service was great. Seemed to be somewhat short staffed as a lot of places are now. Also looks like a reduced menu probably due to staffing issues.

This is the second time we have placed and online delivery and both times they called saying they don’t have enough staff or drivers. The last time we came and got it and this time we wanted to be refunded which they did do but they couldn’t email a receipt at all. So we’re watching our bank account. They need more staff . Will not be coming back at all. This is absolutely ridiculous. They’re lucky I had to put a 1 star if I had to it would zero. Unhappy customer.

I ordered the Detroit style pizza which itself taste nice it was freshly cooked. But the problem was I ask for extra cheese and she said no there is no way possible... I of course expected to pay for it but had read reviews saying when you get it make sure to get extra cheese but noooo the lady would not let me do any extras or change anything at all I was very letdown this was the one on a state st yadkinville nc my hope is that it was a new employee who just did not know what she was doing?

Very clean inside. Friendly wait staff was patient with me and my kids. They made my special request of lemon pepper buffalo wings and nailed it! Perfectly crunchy boneless wings all the noms! Aaaand the pizza & bread sticks were as they should be - the best. Cause nobody out pizzas the hut 😉

My husband and I ordered a large pizza, wings, cheese sticks, and salad bar. We received everything except the wings. After we had finished eating, we still hadn't received the wings, so I told our waitress that we no longer wanted them, just our ticket and a to go box. She never brought the to go box, my husband had to get it. Instead, she was in the back, cussing me loudly enough for the whole restaurant to hear. The food was good, however the service was awful. The young man named Dillon, was helpful and did apologize. She never apologized, nor would she give me her name.

It's Tuesday May 10th. We arrived at pizza hut at 6pm. We were told to seat ourselves and someone would be by for our order shortly. We sat there for 20 minutes and no one came to our table. We were the only people sitting in the restaurant. 4 employees saw us leave and not a peep from them. One star is too many.

Just got delivery. All 4 pizzas were dry, very little sauce and meat. The sauce and meat was only in the middle of the pizzas. Pretty disappointing.
