Literally argued with the “OWNER” for over 30 minutes! Very upsetting to have been a loyal customer to a restaurant that lacks customer service and appreciation. I ordered 3 pizzas, a salad and cinnamon sticks. However, my order was missing a pizza and all I asked was to be given the pizza. Instead of him apologizing and fixing the problem, he decides he wants to argue and say “he doesn’t care”. What kind of “OWNER” talks that way? He has a nasty, unprofessional Attitude! He was talking over me the entire time. I’ve ordered from there way too many times to be treated as such.

I was in Dallas about a month ago house hunting and dropped in this little pizza place while waiting to meeting my real estate agent and ordered a deep dish lunch special, TERRIFIC pizza. The only bad thing about this place is that I found a house in Stanley so now I'll have to drive to Dallas for pizza!!! Unless they deliver to Stanley, that would be awesome. Oh, and the owner was a super nice guy.

Updated: Order a pizza and a salad for delivery. I didn't get a receipt nor my salad! Called back and was offered a soda! WTH! It's now been an additional 15 minutes and still don't have my salad! Now I need a free pizza!! This is horrible customer service!

First time getting pizza from here, so didn't know what to expect. I am not a big pizza eater, but I am now a fan of Papa's Pizza to go! Pizza is not salty or greasy like most other places (chains) and the ingredients seemed really fresh! Staff was friendly when I picked up my order. I am highly recommending this place!!!

Their website didn’t work from the first time I tried to place an order. Should’ve been a red flag. I ordered a large pizza and breadsticks to deliver for right under $22. Found it a little pricey, but somewhat reasonable with how expansive things are. When it arrived it was from a guy blaring his music and only to find out the cost was for the pizza only! The pizza was good, but not amazing to cost that much. Also, I live 2.5 miles away. It look over an hour to deliver. That’s crazy. Had they told me ahead of time I would’ve either picked it up or not order at all..

I haven't been here in over 2 years now since before my grandpa past 2 years ago. The staff have almost always been been nice. I think I got into it with one over my Mimi me. But the last time I went that was really great the food was good. Silver was said she didn't get to see Dale. But over all it's was a good experience...

Love this place, we don’t even live in Dallas anymore and every week we have to take a drive to get our weekly tradition that this shop started because it’s SO GOOD! If you’ve never had amazing pizza and service that knows your name and previous orders that will make sure always happy give them a try they are GREAT

I order a Texas calzone for my husband 3 to 4 times a month for the last 2 times the dough has not been cooked on the inside, looks like canned biscuits dough when you bite into it. I tried to just let them know it happen with the last 2 orders so they were aware and all I got is well we cooked them all the same soooo .......I can make it well done next time.. all I want was to let them know it was happening and only solution is to have an over cooked version. Regular cooked would not have raw dough on the inside......

Horrible pizza 😡 It’s dry, barely sauce on it, hardly any bacon, sausage nor cheese. I’m very upset. This is the second time they messed up my order. This is not a great place to eat

We got a sub, pizza, wings & a calzone . Absolutely the WORSE food we have ever had . Zero flavoring on the wings & they were so burnt with super fatty skin . They messed up the calzone order & the pizza was gross it tasted like frozen pizza (I actually like frozen pizza better than this) we were so excited to try it because of the good reviews .. but so disappointing and we are not finish the food we ordered . What a waste of money
