This is a public service announcement. Their new plan on the Jet's website where they request you text your order (for a 20% discount) simply does not work. I texted the order. Jet's confirmed via text in detail with a pickup time. Got to the location and they don't have the order. Showed them a screen shot of the order they confirmed and they just said oh well. No apology or concern. Do I want to wait while they make the pizza? Absolutely not.

This is the only pizza on the planet worth eating. The sauce is tamed and not acidic, I love the thick crunchy crust. It's my most favorite of all. I wish yall would come to Madison, Alabama. We definitely need this over there. Jets pizza is my most favorite of all time. I was so burned out ok pizza until I found these guys. I really don't like ordering from anyone except Jets. Keep up the great work. 👍

This was the worst pizza I had. I heard such good things about it and I'm wondering 🤔 💭 how. The cheese was a cheap brand of cheese. It wasn't pulling apart, nothing. The bottom crust was hard and the cheese was rubbery. I bought 2 of these pies. I'll never buy another one.

Ordered by text message and when I arrived to pick it up the order had never been received. I asked if they could just start the order at that point and they tried to charge me nearly 25% more than my original order price and would not adjust it. Definitely wont be giving it another try. Do not use the text ordering system if you decide to give it a try.

Let me start by saying that I love Jet's Pizza, and this location does deliver that great taste. Unfortunately, throughout of a number of orders, there have been multiple issues. My last order had yet another problem, and I was expecting to give a 2 star review, but the manager Rachika went above and beyond to try and make sure my issue was resolved appropriately. Her personal efforts brought my overall rating up significantly.

I absolutely love their pizza but this last experience wasn’t good. For some reason both locations in Greensboro were closed or not taking orders but the website said that they were open. I wasn’t even aware of this until my text order was redirected to a another location in a different city hours away. Their communication needs to be better because now my money is missing and I have to wait 3 days for a refund because of this issue. Something is either going on with the store or their online and text ordering systems are out.

My first experience with Jet's Pizza was certainly below average. I don't mind to wait, but 75 minute delivery is a pretty long time in the middle of the week. The pizza was one of the most below-average of any 'fast food' pizza that I've had, far inferior to Pizza Hut / Dominos. The toppings were very few and they were all clustered and not evenly spread. The "triple sauce" I ordered was either ignored or extremely stingy. I think the cajun seasoning for the crust was entirely missed. The pizza was surprisingly greasy considering I did not get pepperoni. The jalapenos had a good taste. The cinnamon sticks were simply bad and also very greasy for some reason. They tasted bland and dry and were the absolute worst cinnamon sticks I've ever had; I cannot recommend them at all. The pricing was a little high, but not outrageous. Overall, I rarely go below a 3-star rating, but I was just so surprised at how below average this entire meal was that I have to give it a 2. At least the items I ordered were included.

I have been ordering for some time. I don't mind the wait for delivery. But disappointed when the order isn't correct. Asked for an 8 corner pepperoni pizza, turbo crusted with light pizza sauce. First few bites and sauce is just gushing out. No turbo crust was missed. Update - 5/3/21 My last order from this place unless I pick it up myself. Doordash is now being used to deliver the food. Took over an hour to be delivered within a 3 mile radius away from the place. Loved the pizza when it was made correctly and fresh.

My daughter loves this pizza because she is a Parmesan cheese lover and they made sure it was covered on the crust. I like that you can choose any crust topping and the amount you want! I will be returning even though the closest one to me is temporary closed until August I do recommend you try it out!

Not sure how mushrooms and pineapple could get mixed up... What I'm trying to say is I ordered pineapple as a topping NOT mushrooms. When your family is starving and there isn't time to take your "to go" order back in to complain... you just have to pick it off. BTW this was my family's first experience with Jet's Pizza. Guess we will stick with Mario's from now on.
