Average state-owned / state regulated alcohol store of the Carolina's. For those of you from states where you can buy liquor / spirits in Wal-Mart or Target, you can't in North Carolina and the place to go is here! Not much to say about it other than the fact it's a vanilla one roomed building with shelves of alcohol everywhere. You come here for one thing only and leave, that's it. :)
