The lady that speak like she from Jamaica is very rude and has no type of character. I hate shopping at this family Dollar they need to move her or let her go.... Other coworkers that work there are very nice and well-mannered

The exteriors of this store are not the best, including wood in the doors because of broken windows. Interiors were outdated and not one of nicest stores. Several other stores in the area are updated and better than this one.

Very rude associate! My mom is 71 years old, tried to purchase a pack of cigarettes but because she didn't have her ID she was refused service. Believe me I understand policy, manage a company myself. My issue is the way she was treated. The pregnant girl kept saying very loudly, I'm not going to lose my job for no one and then dismissed my mom and I like we were of no importance. Every customer in line started reaching for their ID because the girl was being so disrespectful. I guess these are the times we're living in now with companies hurting for good quality people to work for them that they're settling for anything just to fill the position. I refuse to shop at this store again.

It was just a short stop to pick up some grilling supplies. Needed charcoal, fluid, snacks, distilled water, and laundry detergent. It took abt 10 mins from going in and at the cash register. I may have paid 3 or 4 dollars more for my total but they had everything I wanted, it wasn't crowded or messy, clerks we're helpful. The line was managed with two cashiers that kept everyone moving. I'll go back.

They have certain reviews deleted. Alicia, your still a terrible manager. Whether or not you have comments removed. How is it possible that they haven’t found a replacement by now? Over half of the bad reviews are about the way this “manager” treats people...from years back to now still no attitude adjustment, ATLEAST? Disgusted!

ZERO STARS! I visited this store today with my 13 year old daughter. As we walked out the door the store associate stopped us to ask my child if she stole a $5 item! She had no proof of this. Her only reasoning was that she saw her in that area messing with something. I'm very VERY upset! I'm a business owner and I work full time for a financial institution. My husband is a postal employee. My child has more than enough money to purchase a cheap $5 massager. She didn't even want that item. The lady went on to say that we are being watched. My thought is if you are watching us then you know she didn't take anything. This needs to be addressed. I have sent a letter to the corporate office and will update this review once I hear back from them. UPDATE The customer service department did apologize for the situation. The woman does actually still work there. If it was my call she would certainly have been fired. I won't be back to that store.
