I just can’t with this place any more. I’ve tried this place a few times out of convenience, but they’re just too slow. And the wash isn’t any better for the time it takes. I’ll go across town by the 125 from now on. Service: Auto detailing

I pulled up. Attendants were standing around. There were cars in line sitting. And i was told 45 minutes to get just a wash and dressing on the tires. Ridiculous. I went to the drive through wash at the mobile next door dried it and dressed it myself in 20 minutes. For a full service wash with workers standing around to say 45 minutes is not acceptable to me..

Thought they where doing a good job. After they called me to truck I could see spots missed one door looked like they wiped it off with a dirty towel. $60 for dually + tip. I'd go back but would definitely check truck while they're finishing

Brought my minivan for a detail, splurged on the full $89 detail. Come back to find dead bugs in plain sight on the front along with massive water spots. Told the detailer and he starts wiping them off with a rag instead of washing. Told the owner/manager and he said "we've been here since 1993" as the only defense for the work. Did not offer discount just asked if I wanted it washed again. Why would I want that if they didn't do a good job the first time?! Service: Auto detailing

DO NOT VISIT. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND NOT PERFORM THE SERVICES YOU REQUESTED. They sold me on an $80 dollar wash. In addition to the normal wash and vacuum they were supposed to wipe down dash and doors and seats. It was clear they did a very poor job vacuuming and nothing had been wiped down on the inside. When I asked about it they said my car was "dirty" and that they did what they were supposed to do. Of course my car is dirty that's why I paid for additional services and brought it there. Did not offer me They are not about service but rather taking your money and not providing the service you paid for. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THIS BUSINESS ANY OF YOUR MONEY.

I took my brand new car to this place and while they were drying it I noticed a dent so I brought it up right away, the owner was completely rude and said I purposely dented my car and brought it to them and then they didn’t even finish my car wash that I had paid for already! I got no reimbursement, the car was so dirty and had scratches everywhere from being dried with a dirty towel I’m assuming, and also after I brought up the dent they actually put a giant scratch in it! I cannot even make this up I have never experienced anything like this and now my brand new car is ruined Services: Vacuuming, Auto detailing

I have come here for years. In the last year or so, the quality has deteriorated dramatically. I am constantly coming home and spending more time cleaning off bugs and getting streaks off of my windows. Yesterday was my last time using them... It's just not getting better.
